51. "Education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student."
教育只有被专门设计来满足每一个学生个人需求和兴趣的时候才是真正有效率的。

Education, as the early step each student as an individual communicate his or her own views, minority or majority, should be designed as effective as possible so as to benefit students' development. However, effectiveness views of individual and the whole society differ from each other makes this mentioned effective designing in varied forms.

What does it mean "truly effective"should be firstly defined clearly. The effectiveness of education, in my point of view, should be separated into two parts: the first towards each student as an individual; the second towards the society. For the first, no one can deny that the capability of knowing whatever he or she wants to know, no matter what is that hot girl's telephone number or whether ghost truly exists in our world, would be the most effective way. It is simply because, in everyone's mind, there is a judgment like whether this is beneficial to me, and this judgment occurs at everywhere and anytime. Your sitting here reading my issue, neither having a bottle of wine with your best friends in one cafeteria nor playing with your children in Disney land , is just a result of judgment as "this is my job, I need to do this now, right now". And then you will get a payment with which you can pay for your wine or the tickets of Disney. This will make you feel this time, checking my issue, worthy. You did it, and get the right thing you want. That is effectiveness. As one student is still an individual, the same thing still happens in his or her mind. Students, no matter 6 year children or 24 year youth, all have their own problems of this world. “Why birds can fly?” “How two adults can well communicate with each other?” “Whether this issue can be discussed in another way?” Infinite questions have been passed through their minds. These questions, in an accurate and communicable way, reflect their individual needs and interests, also called willing inquiry. To them, the answer is foregoing payment. They get what they want through the guidance of their interest, and this means effectiveness to them. Further, if education can satisfy their requirement, it will be called effective education.

While considering the educational effectiveness in the student’s view, the same conception in our social view, as another key point influencing everyone including the child, should also be confirmed. As society is constructed by individuals in our world, there state an uncountable number of desires, some of them even opposite with each other sometimes, in our society. Since then, social effectiveness in children’s education can only relate to the majority of our social demanding; such demanding contains the common part of individual’s physical or mental requirement. For instance, in modern times, everyone needs to eat. If you are a student learning the cooking skill, you will do the cooking stuff in the future with which people as hungry creatures will content. Our society needs food, you offer it, and society gets what it wants and says: “Good job!” This saying is used to point out that the education which contributes to your cooking skill deserves its value and further effectiveness. So, to society’s view, the educational effectiveness means teaching students how to satisfying the others, or【,】 more accurately【saying】 the majority of our society.

From different views, as students themselves and the society as a whole, the effectiveness of education has different meanings, and further, these meanings themselves are the right answers to when education should be truly effective.

结尾又没看懂~Biao 这么高深了

通篇很流畅,但确实不是很切题,其实你切入点是很好的,把观点分成两个部分,社会与个人,本来收敛点可以写的很不错,比如说,个人满足要在满足社会需求的前提下,教育的目的正好分为满足社会与满足个人,而题中只强调了个人需要,所以就可以写有保留的反对!把后面社会那段改改就可以用了,恩
