Issue51 "Education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student."
提纲：1 education is to cast people into different shapes, so it need to be special.
         2 special education can focus on  different part of each people.
         3 education can be special in many environments.

Nowadays, we put a lot emphasis on education in every field, in order to catch the pace of our rapidly changing world. As an old saying goes, "it is never too late to learn." Even the old, have to receive an education for them to obtain knowledge and nourish their hobbies.

As a threshold matter, we should figure out what education's purpose is. Henrik Ibsen once said, “It’s your supreme duty to cast yourself into a useful implement." Education is the one that to cast people. It molds several personalities which by definition, directly link into the diversity of the world. Consequently, just like a tailor cut your coat according to your cloth, education should change its forms and methods when it refers to different people. Each person has his own talents, dispositions and thus interests. Michael Jordan is a born player while Condoleezza Rice is certainly a capable woman in the political field. We can not imagine how things will be when Jordan and Rice get totally the same education. In some cases, a kind of education that is for all only lead to alike persons. Since the final purpose of education is to build myriad types of elites in each field, special education that aim at those who have distinct dreams is in need in the modern world.

To some degree it is the education that shaped who we are now, hence, education is responsible for shaping us to become better. Each person alive today has something he can not manage and something he is good at as well. An educator's job is to carry out a plan on him to rectify the bad ones while encourage good habit. Consider Helen Keller as an example: her parents gave up educating her when Anne, who later became Helen's first teacher, appeared. Anne did not let Helen suck her fingers, did not let Helen lose temper frequently, while taught her words by spelling the letters on her hands, and let Helen string pearls using a piece of thread to teach her how to count. Teaching a blind, deaf, mute and at the same time spoiled child is such a difficult work that it requires much more patience and love, and most important of all, special plan on the child. Every one has defects and has the desires to learn what he is not acquainted. Apparently Helen, finally turning to a famous writer and an educator as well, is a particular example but to a great extent demonstrates the necessity to design special education plans that fit individuals.

Education is a process which is happened at home, in the society, as well as at school. Some part of education such as religion and emotion developing happen at home from parents, and some parts such as knowledge happens at school, while something like the world view is shaped in the society. Each of the environments is vital as a place for special education. For instance, a famous Chinese children's book writer Zheng Yuanjie, made a particular education plan on his own son at home, whom he do not want to send for the school general education. He said, "I want him to be a unique person, who has his own hobby, plan, dream and view." He insists that the general education will result in a person without his own thought, restricted by regulations to become a role that is actually proper to him. So, particular education could happen everywhere.

In sum, only when education is specially designed for each human being who is in need of studying, can our education system be a exactly effective one to realize its purpose.
