I strongly agree with the speaker’s assertion that both parents and communities not only professional educators must be involved in the local schools. (不知道怎么开头，郁闷)
  Parents’ participation in education refers to that parents should learn necessary education knowledge , take part in the activities in schools and put proper suggestion to schools. First of all, parents are the first teachers of their children, often are models of their children imitate. As an old saying goes : “like father , like son ”.Thus, parents’ actions and words would bring an significant influence to their children. However, at present time, many parents do not have enough knowledge about how to teach their children especially in character and mentality. Therefore, parents should learn education knowledge from textbooks, from schools. In addition, it is also necessary for parents to join some certain school activities. By this way, parents not only know their children more and find their children’s disadvantages compared with their peer.  At the same time, parents would be able to get valuable suggestion about their children from teachers. Further , the education of school is not always perfect. There are some drawbacks which the professional educators do not aware. Parents’ suggestions and proposal about the reform of education system, facilities of schools, even the ways of teaching would greatly contribute to the improvement of education.  
Communities’ participation in education refers to that communities should concern education and provide enough supports for it.  The ultimate aim of education is to cultivate professional man for the society. Communities’ participation makes the schools and students have an clear ideas about the actual needs of the society. For instance, by assuming a part-time job in a company, students might  learn that they need to develop practical skills and interpersonal communication .Otherwise, they would not be able to become a success man in the future job. Similarly, by collecting feedback about their gradate from companies, such as the generally shortage , schools know that what should be emphasis for their students on their future teaching . In addition, communities’ participation for education also brings positive influence to shape students’ character and moral. For example, speech of  a writer who are handicapped  but never give up  would encourage students to become optimistic and persevering.

However, the roles of professional educators play in education cannot be taken place by parents and communities. After all , compared with parents and communities, professional educators have more experience ,knowledge in education  , and have more responsibility for students’ training.  Therefore, professional educators still take the position of organizing the teaching activities and making plans and rules for education. Besides, as educators are purposely trained to educate the children and lecture knowledge, they tend to provide the enlightenment and instruction which the parents and communities cannot offer. For example, different educators may specialize in different disciplines, such as math, physics, chemistry, arts, music, and literature.
In sum , education is so important for the society that parents and communities must participate it and try their best to support education. The corporation among parents, communities, teachers would enhance education greatly.
