顺便请教一下,机考时可以空行吗?
我觉得这样看起来清楚一些
The topic tells us to disobey any law that is unjust. I think it is ridiculous.[在这句话后最好把自己的TS写出来] Just as we shouldn't distinguish people by only two types 'kind' or 'evil', we shouldn't simply divide the law into just and unjust. Meanwhile, people's judgment about just or unjust may vary from one to another. If everyone in the society chooses to disobey the law that he/she believes unjust, the society will be a mess sooner or later.
In my opinion, each individual in a society, at least in a democratic one, have to obey the recent law with no exception.
In a democratic country, the law is created by the governor, and the governor is elected by all the citizen of the nation. Sometimes the law is selected directly by every individual. It is easy to see that the law is the compromise of the entire citizen and it presents the main-stream social value. Some special law may be considered unjust by some of the citizen, but they cannot resist it because more people believe what the law regulates is right. Several months ago, the government in HongKong raises legislation against smoking at public places such as shopping malls and restaurants. Certainly, there are small amount of people against it because it bring inconvenience to their life. However, more non-smokers will benefit from the legislation. In order to keep the stability and peace of the society, every individual have to obey the law.[写的很好,例子很不错]
However, the law cannot be always correct or just. The society varies from day to day and the laws maybe fail to keep up with the changing world. When we face to an obviously unjust law, should we just obey it as before? No, and we cannot directly disobey either. I think the clever way is to amend the law through judicial procedure. We can do this by calling the mayor of the city or writing to congress of the nation. For example, any American people coming back from Germany where there is no highway speed limit may find the highway speed limit in U.S. is too low and sometime it makes people waste much time. Though it may be a good idea to raise the speed limit in America, they cannot just press the accelerator and break the limit as they wish. The only thing they can do is to rose the administration's attention and let them to create the new bill about speed limit. [好 ]
Things always exists an exception. While in a tyrannical country, to obey and disobey become hard to handle. Tyrannical country often lacks a judicial justice system. The law of the nation is not the will of the entire citizen but the one of the dictator. Consequently, it will sometimes really create unjust laws, even anti-human laws. At that time, people should resist the unjust law and create a justice judicial system in stead of just obeying it rigidly. As what happened in the WWII, Nazi party raise an entirely evil law against Jews. Many Jewish scientists escape from German to America at the risk of being accused of stealing national secrets. Finally, the history proves that they are right.[这个观点我很赞成, 但是我不知道把这个作为一段来论述是否合适,作为我个人来讲,我认为出题者出题的默认环境就是在民主国家。 不过这样写也没有错, 也会让人觉得思维很全面,]
In sum, I think if you lives in a democratic country, it is better to obey the law strictly for the sake of the stability of the society. Only if the nation is not democratic enough, and the dictator’s rules are anti-human can we choose not to obey what the law states and change the society at first.
[全文结构清楚,尤其是三个观点,层层递进,每段的例子也很恰当,比我写得好多了] |
