提纲:
1．不可否认，兴趣对于教育是很重要的，它可以充分调动学生的学习积极性，由被动学习变为主动学习，而且也可帮助学生更好的发挥出自身优点和潜能．所以，学校考虑学生兴趣是必要的也是重要的．
2．然而，我恐怕会培养出一大批知识能力储备不够，目光狭隘的人（说原因，举例子２个）；基础知识是解决问题的基础,并说出它的作用，指出它是不可货缺的．
3.更何况，一大部分人是在慢慢学习中才发现自己的兴趣所在，而非一开始就能确定的，更何况，有些人的一开始兴趣错误的，例如喜欢赌博等，所以基础知识在其中起了一个非常重要的引导和启发作用．此外，由于教学资源的（人力物力）有限，是无法满足庞大数量的学生的．所以如果细节化的按照每个学生的兴趣安排教育计划，在现实社会中是无法实现的．
４．当然，我们得承认，现行的教育还是存在很多弊端的，例如过分强调＂填鸭式＂教学spoon-feeding education; 死记硬背式教育是rote learning，教学模式比较死板僵化等．（很多同学抱怨，他们只是做老师布置的大量作业，根本没有足够时间做自己感兴趣的事．）





   Will the education be truly effective only by the means of meeting each student's needs and interests? For my part, I think this statement is not exactly right, though we should admit the fact that the education, which is designed on different person’s taste, helps to develop and cultivate individual’s potential to a large extent. However, it is far from being an embodiment of an effective education.
When it comes to interest, undoubtedly, no one can deny the fact that nothing is important in the course of the education than it, which can intrigue individual’s initiative of learning, thus changing the most students’ attitude from passive learning to active learning, on the recent education. Furthermore, it can also help students to find their own advantage and potential. Therefore it is not only necessary but also important for school to consider the interest of student during the arrangement of educational system.
   The students will tend to be a person with incomplete knowledge and narrow-mindedness, however, if we place overemphasis on the interests of individuals. For example, if a student is specialized in chemistry but has not any passion for physics, he without some physical knowledge, maybe can’t master some important point of knowledge in chemistry thoroughly, or even worse, fails to understand some knowledge. Because the relation of the two subjects is close, which can be verified from Madame Curie, who is honored the Noble Prize on the aspect of physics relies on having a lot of chemistry knowledge. Would there still have been the discovery of Ra if she only had mastered physical knowledge? I think the answer is clearly negative. In short, the general education, which is distinguished with the specified education, can provide all the students with basic knowledge like writing, reading and life skills such as reasoning and other cognitive skills, which can not be ignored. It also cultivates the all-round person instead of the one who just focuses on his own specified environment and can hardly understand other field.
    Furthermore, the majority of people find their interest gradually during their study, and they can’t be sure their true interest at the first beginning. Moreover, some people have the unreasonable interest such as smoking or drinking, which needs to be corrected by the general education. The general education, as if the enlightening teacher, can lead the students to a right way. If we overlook the general education, just seek the specified education. There would be like a person wanting to run with failing to walk! Surely, it is also impossible to realize the educational system according to the statement with comparing the large number of the students with the shortage of teachers and teaching facilities.
Admittedly, the modern education is actually existed in some disadvantages like the spoon-feeding education or rote study. Some students always complain that they haven’t enough time to do the things they are interested in due to the time is occupied by much homework. In such environment of learning, students have little spare time of their own, let alone doing the things they desired to do.
    As a famous educationist once said: the aim of education is to elicit something from the students instead of instill in the children a lot of things regardless of the fact they can’t be absorbed in so many thing. Hence, the school should be encouraged to spare no effort to content the requirements of all kinds of the students with some rational courses，which is based on the quality of required courses.
