   In the modern time, education has become the noticing craft to all the mass, the speaker assert that it is effective only when the students are designed to accept  

education saperately which is fit for themselves differently, while I concede that it is indeed benefit the students with the individual education, however, it do not mean

that it is also a effective thing happened to the education area.

   Frist, it is a fact benefit to the students in the world cause the education designed to meet individual needs of each student will be made to different student as itself's  

specific. as the theroy of  philosophy tells us, there are no tow eggs which looked the same completely. so does the students. the class in which contains so many

students with all kinds of needs and interests will induce the specification each one has. there is a statistical which shows a class with a few students or a student

teached by a teacher have a better result not only of the development of learning but also of the individual interesting.
  
  Nevertheless, the education which aimed at saticify different needs from different people is uneffective as the fact wich is effective is defined in the theroy that gain a

higher return with lower cost. if we develop the education as the speake's words, we need build a large numbers of school which are much more than the buildings now,

the cinario needs schools and educational institution invest much more money while not certain the earns from that. as the instance going, a large fraction of noble

schools are bankrupt with the dificit in the finances, the reason to this is the number of students going to the school are decreasing yearly cause the dear tuition, the

same cost with the fewer earning made the schools which aimed at meet the individual needs closed at last.

   admittedly, it is impossible to have a education which is meet the individual  needs and interests of each student for the large distance exist between the number of

students and teachers. there are a variety careers in the world, not every adult is teacher, while every people whose age is under the 24 will accept education

generally, thus a problem about how to satisfy the needs of each people arising, unless this issue has been solved the possibility of individual education will not

achieved.

   in sum, the proposition about the new approach of  education shows the ideal mathod in the public's mind, while hinderd by the factors existing as the high

opportinity cost and unenough of numbers of teachers etc.. therefore, the education which is good is those meet the masses' require while accord with the objective

conditions.
