Learning to get together;

2.以上述四条为基，讨论题目的方案只能对前两条奏效
3.后两条需要我们更加注重教育的综合性和统一性，如果人人都去学自己想学的专业，这个社会将会瘫痪。
4.解决方法：由学生自己来解决，就像我们平常常常提到的，我们要总结出一套适合自己的学习方法，发现自己的问题，这其实就是要求我们自己能够把握住自己的学习上的需要和兴趣啊。

  In this statement, the speaker suggests that education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student. As far as I am concerned, although I contend that the special education designed to individuals have some advantages in some sense, to put it plainly, I could not agree with the speaker's view above.
  Foremost, we had better understand the purpose of education made up by four terms, including of learning to know, learning to do, learning to get together and learning to be. It has no difficulty to clear about these terms except the last one, which means learning how to perfect one's character, value prospective etc. Then, I would state my position on basis of these terms.
  Admittedly, to some extent, students could profit from the education specially designed for them. It is the reason that no body wants to spend a lot of time on the boring subjects to themselves but what interesting in their mind, no matter how abstract, it is deserved to spend time on them as much as they could. For the inconceivable genuis in some subject, such as mathematics or literature, these students would only focus on the single subject interesting him so that he could do much better than others in the same ages. Therefore, inspired by the achievement attained in the early year, the students would learn efficiently and do better and better. So, we cannot deny that special education could dig out the potential of some students sufficiently in some fields.
  However, we could not draw the conclusion as roughly as the speaker just for the existence of some special students. Given current conditions, the education designed to individuals is not only irrational but unpractical at all. Obviously, the special education could not cater for the request of two later terms, learning to get together and learning to be. As the development of education, the idea emphasized more and more frequently is to send all-around graduates to society cause many evidence have already illustrated that the person with too narrow knowledge could not meet the needs of modern society. It is why after entering the universities, nearly all of us have to learn some common subjects which involve some having nothing deal with our majors, called 'flat courses'. In fact, just as I have ever said before, no one would like to learn the subjects out of their interest, but what would the consequence come to be with the totally freedom for us to choose the major according our fancy? Being lack of the education on moral, people intrigue against each other ungenerously; Without high income, graduators are too selfish to devote themselves for remote areas; Needing to calculate by computer, Biologist cannot continue a project without any general knowledge to communicate with compute professors; Well, in that case, the whole society have to stop forward in spit of being filled with numerous wise analyzers in finance and outstanding soft engineers. Given by this statement, it is unbelievable for us to support the speaker's view.
  Furthermore, in my opinion, what is the fact that in the equal education, no one could be partial for own interests, forces the student to search for a learning methods suitable to themselves. To our experience, the ones earning most reputation are always excellent not only in major fields but in other aspects, the key is that they fish out a successful individual road in uniform education, and then they come to be the strongest men.
  In conclusion, although education meeting individual's need is effective in some sense, it is not realistic. Only the all-round student can adapt the changeful society and attain some achievement by rich knowledge. In addition, just through the current educational model, professional graduators could be eligible to face the society filled with competition.
