The speaker contends that education will be truly effective only it is specifically desigend to meet individual needs and interests of each student. Although the speaker overlooks the precondition of the education and the specifically designed may be harmful sometime, on balance I agree that education should specifically designed in some degree. Education specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interest of each student does effective.

First of all everyone is different from others and have the specifically way of learning. Moreover interests are a very important principle of learning. The right way of teaching will be very effective. The way how Mozart become a great composer can show us the importance of specifically designed education. Besides his talent, his father provides him a systematical musical education specifically designed to him. Then he travel all over Europe plays and learns from greats musicians. The masters provide him details of suggestion to his condition .All these provide him what he need and interest in. This may be the most effective way the education can supply. Although not everyone can enjoy such treatment as Mozart, specifically designed education is really effective.

However not all the education should designed only to meet the individual needs and interest.　Over-specified education will narrow down students’ ken and capability of acclimation to future career. As science developing, nowadays most subjects need board basic. Without abundant knowledge one can never reach the top of one subject. Einstein is well known as a great physicist because of the theory of relativity. Maybe few people know the real develop of relativity, before relativity was found Einstein once felt his knowledge of math is far away from enough then it takes him seven years to learn enough math. The reason why he did not get enough maths due to compared to physics he is not so interest in math. This cost him seven years. It tells us interest is not always support us enough. Sometimes things we do not know the use and not interest in are extremely important. Just as maybe few people is interest in math but most people will need it.

In the real world today, it is impossible to provide each student education specifically designed to him. Because this needs extremely huge number of teacher which school education can never supply. The differences of persons are limit. Many people may have the similar needs and interests. These persons can be identified into one kind in education. So one way to balance the needs of individuals and the resources of education is to classify the students into several kinds. Then provide each kind of students specifically designed education to their needs and interests. But the education should not over-specify. Enough basic education is always important.

In the final, specifically designed education has its advantage and shortcomings compared with uniformed education. To develop its advantage we should designed more kinds of education within the restriction of the education resources. To overcome the shortcomings we should not make the education over specified.
