11"All nations should help support the development of a global university designed to engage students in the process of solving the world's most persistent social problems."

With a rapid changing of social and technology, more complex social problems have been appearance before all nations. The speaker asserts to establish a global university to ravel out such problem. While different nation holds different problem, whether it's the best way to solve the world's most persistent social problem still a question which should be discussed.
Dozens of viewpoint exist on every critical issue how to reduce crime, and world hunger, prevent war, educate our children, and countless others. In fact, few problems allow for any permanent solution. Each generation produces new answers, based on current conditions. To my viewpoint, the most major persistent social problems today are unemployment, violence, energy crisis and pollution, which is undoubtedly cause by the aggrandize of population, the stagnancy of economy and misuse of resource. It's true that certain kinds of such problem could be solve by the cooperation of countries, one of the obvious example is the setting of "Kyoto Protocol" by 38 countries, which is a great action to protect global warming. When the issue was coming out, we have to question that whether the set of a global university could solve such problem?
The ultimate goal of the university is to cultivate student's ability to solve the social problems, however, it seems not easy to establish such university while diverse countries holds different perspective in the same question, It's hard to communicate between dissimilar area's student. Can someone image that a student from USA discuss about the unemployment problem with a student from IRAQ? When they get to the same question, the own experience would make them to sit in different position. The other obvious question is that, who take charge of this global university? The strong power nation would undoubtedly dominant. There are so many administrative and political problems that the participant nations would confront. Otherwise, not much social question can be solved by students, in the reason of their young age and the lack of experience. What’s more, sometimes they just stop on the surface of the problem and cannot make a complex analysis. In addition, social problems always involve governmental affairs, public focuses and historical perplexities and so on. How can we anticipate that the graduates from that global university can solve the complicated problems with the knowledge they have learned in the university?  Numerous problems would barricade not only the found of the university but also its development.
Further more, on the assumption that the global university do contribute to the solution of the world's persistent social problem, to build a global university seems useless and  hard to put into practical. The difference of economy foundation, religious will, and other diverge factor will surely make the university difficult to  set up a position to the solution. what’s more, as the social problems are quite different in different nations, the foundation of such university would focus on the world's social problem, and ineluctability neglect the local one’s we know. There are still several other special research institutions and excellent universities which already do a lot of work on these social issue and they have made so much contribution. In my opinion, to strengthen the connection between the universities and institutions in solving the social problem is hard more better than establish a new university.
In sum, the solution for the world's most persistent social problems mentioned by the author might be more ideal than practical. So many problems should be first solved to set up such an university. Moreover, there are already hundreds of institutions and organizations to do the job in this area, which might have more realistic significance. ThereforeI cannot have the same opinion with the author’s assertion.

With a rapid changing of social and technology, more complex social problems have been appearance before all nations.(感觉appearance和before 用的不太地道,appearance能用完成时吗?) The speaker asserts to establish a global university to ravel out such problem. While different nation holds different problem, (problems, hold problem? 我认为 have problem, hold opinion吧)whether it's the best way to solve the world's most persistent social problem still a question which should be discussed.
Dozens of viewpoint(s) exist on every critical issue how to reduce crime, and world hunger, prevent war, educate our children, and countless others. In fact, few problems allow for any permanent solution. Each generation produces new answers, based on current conditions. (这段开头写的不错!)To my viewpoint(to my point of view貌似更地道些), the most major persistent social problems today are unemployment, violence, energy crisis and pollution, which is undoubtedly cause(d) by the aggrandize of population, the stagnancy of economy and misuse of resource. It's true that certain kinds of such problem could be solve(d) by the cooperation of countries, one of the obvious example is the setting of "Kyoto Protocol" by 38 countries, which is a great action to protect global warming. When the issue(issue 这词看的好亲切呀!不过用在这感觉怪怪的) was coming out, we have to question that whether the set of a global university could solve such problem?

总体上觉得写得不错,特别是思想上比我深入.想到可以加强目前学校的联系.我主要写的就是针对你第三段后面几个问题的展开讨论!以后还要多向你学习呀!

还有也多帮我仔细改哦!谢谢啦!:)
