actuarial science
I have been dreaming to bocome an actuary,but I have heard different sayings about actuarial science.Some say that an
actuary is the best rated work in America;some state that an actuary does not have too many chances to get good jobs,
# L' Y% u9 t* v1 Dand have many hard courses to learn during uni life.I now feel confused that though to be an actuary is my dream,I should
handle the problem carefully since the major is likely to determine my direction of work.What's more,is it hard to get the
shcolarship of actuarial scinece?My parents cannot afford the tuition for my uni life.By the way,my maths is good enough,
and I  have self-learnt part of  the maths that will be taught in the uni.The last ques is that would anybody like to tell me
something about the actuarial science in the Sates,and especially those who once applied this major or who are
comcentrating on this major share some of your thoughts and ideas on anything about acuturail science.

奖学金不是很难拿，而是根本就没有。
学精算很难，一个不错的学校每年只有不超过10个人拿到学士学位。
给你奖，你能不能毕业都难说，毕业率30%，值不值得啊。
而且学这专业就是为了赚钱，根本不存在搞科研，更别谈对这门学科有发展~~
如果你一定要奖，先concentrate on 数学或者应用数学。
