65The following appeared in a memo from the president of a chain of cheese stores located throughout the United States.

1.The sale from a single store can not represent other stores, and no evidence is provided to show that the sales of domestic cheeses are better than imported cheese in all the stores.
2. More details are needed about the survey such as how many people are surveyed, do they live in a certain region, and how much has the preference for domestic cheeses increased.
3. That the company can limit inventory by concentrating on domestic cheeses has not been proved. Moreover, cutting down expenses doesn't directly lead to an increase in profits.
