1我同意题目的观点 而just law 和unjust law的判断标准就是democracy从历史中我们可以得到证明
2封建社会的LAW  从一定的意义上来说,法律是当权者用来统治底下的人来用的
3关于种族歧视的LAW和关于男女不平等的LAW,
4根据历史,有一些LAW 是从古到今一直没变的 WHY?
5举美国宪法作为例子,证明整个论点!
总结
      As is known to all, law has one basic principle ------democracy. In my angle view, if one rule of law disobey this principle,it will be abandoned ultimately. Contrary to the above, some democratic law will be passed down from generation to generation. Based on the ground above, I totally agree with the idea stated by the speaker-----we should have different attitude towards different laws. When we make a comprehensive survey of history, many instances supporting my view can be sought out.

In Feudalist society ,although the dictator enact lots of laws to maintain his authority ,the empire terminally collapse !Even if punishment ,which is directed by the law ,is  brutal to the extent ,the autocracy finally turn into ashes .The reason is simply the law ,which is enacted by the potentate ,is against the democracy and is just a tool for the potentate  to reign the masses ! Nowadays, this kind of law has been thrown off in the majority of countries!

In 1955 the law and various regulations about racism, which are against the equality (a part of democracy) of person, is fought against by Martin Luther King Jr.! In the end ,Martin Luther King Jr. and his followers won the campaign and changed the unjust law !Earlier in 20th,Feminist movement began .Bella Abzug and Gloria Steinham linked arms to protest the law which restrain women .In this way ,many unjust law is erased from the institution forever. In one word, when one law disobey the democracy, it will be substituted by just laws sooner or later.

While people altered lots of unjust laws, we can notice lots of laws have existed for centuries, like diversity of laws which is used to  punish the  thefts ,robbers and murderers ,etc.  Why? Apparently, all those activities above have hurt the victims. In other words, their basic human right ---democracy are damaged! As this laws protect the democracy, they has been utilized since they were created!

Furthermore, take the united states as an example ,since the constitution was born ,they are constantly amending !While some laws related to the basic principle have not been changed ,some laws concerning the daily life like abortion has been altered !This example demonstrated that while we insist on the basic principle ,we are making some remedy to other unjust law!
In sum ,the standard ,which is used to judge a law just or not ,is democracy! At the same time ,we should not only stick to some just laws ,but also have the responsibility to remodel the unjust laws!
