TOPIC: ISSUE83 - "Government should preserve publicly owned wilderness areas in their natural state, even though these areas are often extremely remote and thus accessible to only a few people."

publicly owned wilderness areas have a unavoidable tight relationship to the sake of human beings' future destiny.Although some assert that it is no longer neccesary for the government to preserve publicly owned wilderness areas which are extremely remote and unaccessible to people,I still contend it is not the case since the wilderness areas, especially the remote areas, have some crucial advantages to our human beings.

First of all,our government should regard such areas as important components of national strategies for conservation and sustainable development and the biodiversity of species.Take rain forests for example.Since the climate of most of the rainforests are torrid and watery and various of dieseases exist in them,it's definitely uninhabitable to people.Scientsts assume that more than half of all the world's plant and animal species live in tropical rain forest. Moreover, rainforests are the factory of transforming carbon dioxide to oxygen.Tropical rainforests produce 40% of earth's oxygen. If government don't preserve the rain forest areas as publicly owned, people would exploit them unscrupulously for economical reasons.consequently, the destruction of biovariety of species will debase the stability of ecology. What's more, the increase of amount of carbon dioxide in the air would cause the worldwide tempreature increase and thus to not only kill out many species which are sensitive to temperature, for example corals, but also increase the sea-level,which will cause the diminish of the land near sea.Besides, the decrease of oxygen also can cause the extinction of lots of species.

The second reason to preserve the remote publicly owned wilderness areas is about recreation. The people who assert that remote wilderness areas should not be protected by government must assume that since few people come there, the areas are useless to our human beings.Actually it is not the case.Wilderness areas usually covered various of foliage and different kinds of landscapes attract people who are travelling this places. In fact, lots of remote publicly owned wilderness areas have the ability to provide opportunities for solitude or primitive and unconfined types of recreation.Like skiing in the snow mountains, hiking in the mountians which have gorgeous landscapes and so on.If the government don't preserve this kind of remote publicly owned wilderness areas, the oppertunity to develop tourism industry in this area would get lost.

However, facing the situation of publicly owned wilderness areas preserving, governments are usually pusillanimous. They have to consider other elements when they make plans to the wilderness areas. The situation in the third world are conspicuously terrible.Rapid deforestation are taking place in the third world especially in africa. The reasons are complex and rooted deeply in countries' development patterns:rapidly increasing populations, extreme concertration of landholdings that leave hundreds of millions in search of land, slow growth of job opportunities in both city and countryside. As a matter of fact, this can all conclude to one reason:money. These poor countries don't have enough money to tackle all the issues well.Situations in developed countries are relatively much better but still have various problems. The issue of balancing the economy and enviroment protection is a long term consideration for government to take.

To preserve remote publicly owned wilderness areas worldwide is a arduous work.It requies all of the nations to work interdependtly. In order to protect the tropical rain forests in the third world.Developed countries have the accountability to donate finantial and personnel help to this countries. To help them get rid of proverty little by little through other approaches instead of deforestation.Besides, utilizing the resources in the remote wilderness areas, the government can develop the tourism industry. For instance,to establish national parks for tourists to visit, may be the finantial income of toursim will turn out more than that of deforestation.moreover, not only the central goverment, but also the regional or local government,non-government organizations, the private sector or the local commnunity should all take the responisbility.

To sum up,the government should preserve all kinds of publicly owned wilderness areas since all of them are the crucial element for conservation and sustainable development and what's more, the tourism industry may be developed in these areas. The governments,no matter in rich countries or poor ones, should make their best effort to preserve the publicly owned wilderness areas. And what's more, the preservation should be carried out by all kinds of organizations of the society.Only in this way can we contribute much more to conservation and sustainable development of our world.

publicly owned wilderness areas have a unavoidable tight relationship to the sake of human beings' future destiny. Although some some oneassert that it is no longer necessary for the government to preserve publicly owned wilderness areas which are extremely remote and unaccessible to people, I still contend要加that it is not the case since the wilderness areas, especially the remote areas, have some crucial advantages to our human beings.

First of all, our government should regard such areas as important components of national strategies for conservation and sustainable development and the biodiversity of species. 这个TS表述有点抽象Take rain forests for example. Since the climate of most of the rainforests are torrid and watery and various of dieseases exist in them最后这个Various of disease 和前面的不连贯,最好换一下, it's definitely uninhabitable to people. Scientsts assume that more than half of all the world's plant and animal species live in tropical rain forest. Moreover, rainforests are the factory of transforming carbon dioxide to oxygen. Tropical rainforests produce 40% of earth's oxygen. If government don't preserve the rain forest areas as publicly owned, people would exploit them unscrupulously for economical reasons. consequently, the destruction of biovariety of species will debase the stability of ecology. What's more, the increase of amount of carbon dioxide in the air would cause the worldwide temperature increase and thus to not only kill out many species which are sensitive to temperature, for example corals, but also increase the sea-level,which will cause the diminish of the land near sea. Besides, the decrease of oxygen also can cause the extinction of lots of species.这段应该是说保护荒野对环境的作用,但你的Ts却不是这个意思,最好把TS改改

The second reason to preserve the remote publicly owned wilderness areas is about recreation. The people who assert that remote wilderness areas should not be protected by government must assume that since few people come there, the areas are useless to our human beings.Actually it is not the case.Wilderness areas usually covered various of foliage and different kinds of landscapes whichattract people who are travelling this places. In fact, lots of remote publicly owned wilderness areas have the ability to provide opportunities for solitude or primitive and unconfined types of recreation.Like skiing in the snow mountains, hiking in the mountians which have gorgeous landscapes and so on.If the government don't preserve this kind of remote publicly owned wilderness areas, the oppertunity to develop tourism industry in this area would get lost.这段的主题觉得深度还不够,毕竟那娱乐来说保护森林的重要性有些肤浅

However, facing the situation of publicly owned wilderness areas preserving, governments are usually pusillanimous. They have to consider other elements when they make plans to the wilderness areas. The situation in the third world are conspicuously terrible. Rapid deforestation are taking place in the third world especially in africa. 题名问得是应不应当保护,而这段确是在说要怎么保护法

这篇文章总的来说,对题目的分析还不深刻,有两个主题段有点偏题,另外句子还是要加强,大家共同的毛病,就是语言的表达还是比较僵硬
