Argument2 The following appeared in a letter sent by a committee of homeowners from the Deer haven Acres to all homeowners in Deer haven Acres

提纲：A此Argument 最大的问题在于错误类比，在A合适的政策未必在B也合适。
B 因果关系错误，价格翻了三番并不一定是实施规定后的直接结果，价格的变动有很多原因
C 时间错误，七年前的情况不能推到现在和未来的情况


  In this argument ,the author concludes that in order to enhance Deerhaven Acres property values homeowners should follow certain restrictions concerning their homes’ exterior appearance. To support this recommendation the committee points out that in the seven years ago since Brookville adopted similar restrictions property values there have risen. At first glance , the author’s reasoning seems to be appealing, while clearly examining the author’s reasoning , we may find that it is unconvincing . The argument contains several facts that are questionable.

   The author makes an oversimplified analogy between Deer haven Acres and Deerhaven Acres.
In most instances, this is an unwarranted assumption for the simple reason that things rarely remain the same over extended from place to place. As we know ,many factors should be taken into the consideration , such as demographics of the populations , geographical and physical terrain of the two different areas. A threshold assumption upon which the recommendation relies is that Brookville home owners implemented Brookville’s restrictions in the first place, if these restrictions were not implemented ,then any change in Brookville’s property values cannot be attributed to them, accordingly , the committee cannot draw any firm conclusion about what effect similar restrictions would have on Deerhaven property values.

   Even assuming that Brookville homeowners implemented these restrictions, the committee relies on the additional assumption that this course of action was responsible for the increase in Brookville property values. However ,it is entirely possible that one or more factors were instead responsible for the incease. Perhaps the supple of housing has increased. Maybe the demand of housing in this area to fit for the restrictions.

   There is big different from seven years ago and now. Maybe the homeowners accepted the restrictions about what colors should be painted on homes in seven years ago . But now people accepted the new culture , new ideas . They also have new ideas about color and how to decorated their homes. It is a big change. In a word , the situation about seven years cannot instead of the new situation.

To sum up ,the conclusion of lacks of credibility ,Regardless of who the author is , he or she has overlooked or chosen to ignore many aspects of his or her conclusion .To strengthen the conclusion, the author should give more evidences about the above-mentioned possibilities.

In a word, the situation about seven years cannot instead of the new situation.（这一句我不是很明白，楼主是要说七年前的不等于现在的吧，但是句子杂糅了）To sum up, the conclusion of(删去) is lack of credibility. Regardless of who the author is,(这一句应该是要说不考虑作者的身份？我觉得看起来有点奇怪。)he or she has overlooked or chosen to ignore many aspects of his or her conclusion .To strengthen the conclusion, the author should give more evidences about the above-mentioned possibilities.


总体来说思路很清晰，具体的问题找的也很恰当，但是语言上问题比较多。不管怎么样，加油啦。
