With the rapid change of society and technology, more and more complex and lasting social problems come out, which has produced an unfavorable influence on the advancement of entire human. Therefore, all countries should promote the establishment of global university only by which people can achieve cooperation and communication between each other and better address the thorny problems, although there are some difficulties in the process of the build of it.

There is no doubt that by building a global university, different countries can concentrate their advantages of material and human resources and develop more effective and efficacious cooperation, which will render human to solve some challenges that they commonly confront. In current society, the development of globalization has strengthened the connection between nations, and thus certain problem that occurs in one nation often can have a great effect on its surrounding nations, even on the whole world. Consider the example of environmental pollution that has severely threatened the survival and development of human as a whole. In China, the undue deforestation seriously destroyed the balance of local ecosystem, which has caused the occurrence of huge sand storm. As a result, it not only frequently attacks most of cities in China, but also produces immense destruction in the nearby countries. Obviously, although some environmental problems come out in some country, they damage it as well as all other ones. In that matter, a global university will provide people the opportunities to commonly study and discuss the approaches to solve, and in respond render them better to realize the cooperation among different nations.

Not only the development of a global university may help people better cooperate, but also it offers them from diverse civilization and culture and different ethnics a platform to freely communicate. And this undoubtedly will contribute to eliminate the clashes in cultures and ethnics. As a result of the misunderstanding of other ethnic cultures, people cannot generally rationally treat and cope with the conflicts, which further leads to the escalation of contradiction and results in the war between each other. Look back towards the history will make us find a myriad of the cases. The conflict between the Israel and Palestine has lasted for many yeas. As a matter of fact, even though the disparity of beliefs brings about the hatred between them, it is due to lack of communication of their respective cultures that it is hard for them to comprehend each other. Under the case, it will be extraordinarily necessary to develop a global university by which people may sit together, temporarily abandon exterior impacts and interference, and objectively study and see the mutual disparity. And this apparently may promote their comprehension and better deal with the contradiction in the future. Thus, by the establishment of the global university, the balance in distinct ethnics and cultures will have a profound effect on the harmony of entire society.

Admittedly, to establish a global university still lies some difficulties. Due to the huge difference in the standard of economy and science and technology among diverse countries, the supports they give are not completely same. And this possible causes some super countries to control the direction of development of the university. As a result, some favorable culture and plan to them will be imparted and some problems related to their benefits, although not be the most emergent to the entire world, probably are preferentially done with, which clearly is unfair and unreasonable to other countries. Consequently, all nations, whether they are poor or wealthy, should enact the unified regulations and practices to guarantee the equality of the global university. And this will ultimately realize the real purpose to build it.

In sum, since the advancement of a global university may promote the cooperation and communication among diverse countries and help people address the persistent social problems better, all nations have obligation and responsibility to support the building of it. As long as they can commonly sustain the equal regulation and supervise mutually, a brighter and better future will await us.
