Education, broadly defined as the transmittal to one (not) only the accumulated knowledge of the race but also the accumulated experience of social living. I questioned whether one’s interest can guide he\she to complete education perfectly? I have suspicion about the assertion that unless to address each students’ needs and interests,education have no truly effective.
I agree with the Einstein’s saying “One’s interesting is his\her best instructor.” A steadfast belief,interest is the most essential factor of education, was occurred for thousands of years. A reality we have to do with our awareness that we are individual,with different character, ideology, habitat and fancy. Student will display their unique advantages, as long as educators pay more attention to students’ interest(s), which will contribute (to)society in variety fields. On the contrast, there are some disadvantages obviously basis(based) on the assumption that education ignores students’ interest(S). Firstly, educators are using the same teaching method to all of (the) students, whose particular strong suit(?) will be neglected.Probably, our society may be retarded without an contributor in a specialism such as Einstein、Newton、Columbus. Secondly, the process of learning may become(s) students’ burden in case of(that) they have no interest on the courses what they have to learn. Many people, myself included( included myself), are querying the effect that basis( is based) on the situation that(whether) students are compelled to study. Perhaps, young students may skip classes. Or perhaps, they don’t study the subject hardly(hard) and even hate the teacher who teaches the subject they have no interesting( interest in). In a word, interest is significant ineducation, which guide student to learn, to get together.
However, (to) emphasize the interest of students merely without the guidance of educator, students can hardly obtain a satisfying result. Though primary and secondary students have interests in any area, they have no aimless(aim) and the process of their learning is not systematic without any instructions. Set myself as an example: when studied (studying) in high school, I had interesting(interests) in archaeology, which promote(S) me to read numerous magazines and newspapers have (去掉))relevant to it, and looking ( to look) for the vestiges that(are) left by ancestors. Unfortunately, I was just look for the information about archaeology till now, without any experiences to research it due to have(having) any(去掉) no guidance. Students cannot learn well in the subject which they are interested in, let alone students(who) have no interesting(interst) in the basic subject, such as mathematics, chemistry, geography and physics, even without the guidance of instructors. Besides, he\ she have difficult(y) to associate with an evil person(,). Partly because he\she merely pay attention to what he\she interested in. The result probably makes the student separates (seperate)from society.
Furthermore,education is helluva to satisfy every student’s interest(s). Firstly, the resources of education are insufficient. Society doesn’t have abundant teachers, textbooks, practical factory, laboratory and library to address each student’s fancy and interest. Secondly, school will in turmoil due to the situation that each student have a specialties(specialized) curriculum schedule, and(who? the school?) have to employ teachers in variety professional fields. In short, it will a complexcircs if the school is attempting to address the interest of each students.
To sum up, I disagree with the proposal that education should satisfy the needs and interests of each student to make education more effective.
