TOPIC: ISSUE70 - "In any profession-business, politics, education, government-those in power should step down after five years. The surest path to success for any enterprise is revitalization through new leadership."

提纲:
1.在位很长的领导虽然谙熟业务,但是却因为此业务的长期性导致其落伍而无法接纳反对意见
2.在位很长的领导没有那么有进取心了
3.容易导致腐败
Should it be true that the surest path to success for enterprise is revitalization through new leadership? The author claims so for the reason that the have been there for such a long time that they should step down.In my opinion ,I agree with the author for the reason that the leader should keep up with the pace of the society and solve many tough problems,such as corruption, evolved to this otherwise they should give their chairs to others.
Admittedly, the leader that have been in this sit(situation/position) for long and know much about the process of how to do it best,but just for this reason the leader treat almost everything the same as before ,and could not make any change to adapt to the new situation. For example, the new employee in a company might always give his new idea which may be against the original way of the old leader, thus the old leader may make the newly coming employee's design or plan come into impossible or never, though the yong may be right.The reason of this may just be the different opinions between the young ,coming from the new situation and with new ideas ,and the old authority, always thinking himself right which might overlooks the changes happened.Thus the old leaders would ,of course, be out of their sits for they are not suitable for this.
Second, the leader not always changed may cause that he has no enterprise and may become lazy, for the company or the group he serves for the reason that he is lack of pressure. A good case in point is the story in a book named "who take away my cheese?", a mouse never try to find other cheese after it get a big sum of cheese.But on the contrary,if we set a principle that if the leader just can serve for a certain time ,he would have pressure to realize his goal in this period, thus may make him work hard and makes good benefits for the whole institute.
Third, long time remaining in a fixed sit may cause corruption. Because the long time serving for this sit have make it possible that all the people around him can be his conspiring group which might have something cannot be told to the pulic, what is more is the direct causing of corruption. Examples for this is not rare, many cases concerning the money have a large part of reason of this. If the serving time has been set and the time for each sit is different that may give this kind of phenomenon a decrease.
In conclusion, the reason why I think the advocate that(改成why I advocate the statement更通顺) given by the author is mentioned above ,but to the large part ,if this leader have the ability to deal with these problems given above , he still can be there ,and continue serve for the people, but under the eyes of the public.
我觉得虽然你的观点是完全赞成,可是最好还是要提一下新人上任的好处,让步简单提一下即可。
不然只从在位很长的领导一个方面成文不太全面。
