In contemporary society, the much debated issue of whether it be necessary for the involvement of parent and community in the process of the education has raised widely concern Some may insist that the professional educators is sufficient for education. Others may argue that parents and communities should not be excluded. For my part I tend to agree that this issue is not A or B choice, to better promote the quality of the education, both should play an adequate role in the process of education.

To begin with ,the professional educators is a essential part for education in order to make the education more effective. Common sense tells us that the professional educators are those who have been strictly trained and have a plenty of experience in developing the potential and creativity of the students. Also, those professionals usually have deep insight and unique understanding in the subject or field they are belong to/dedicate in. For this reason, the students who are instructed by such educators normally will absorb the specific knowledge more efficiently and thoroughly. The last but not least, the professionals sometimes act as not a teacher but a friend, a brother, or even "father" when educating students for the sake of making the education schedule more acceptable for them ,it is because that a student is more willing to listen to a friend's indoctrination rather than a rigid teacher. In the light of these reasons and the significance the professional educators mean to students, those educators are truly indispensable to education.

On the other hand, emphasizing the importance of the professional educator does not mean to deny the involvement of the parents and communities; they also exert a active catalyst for boosting the education of a student. In school, the teachers will teach you the creative math problem solving, but will not teach you how to make a decision when facing a dilemma; the teacher may tell you the principle of computers, but will not instruct you how to penetrate the inbeing of a person; the teacher can explain the complicated method by which one can achieve success, but not provide a place one can fulfill his/her own maximum potential and achievement.  In this sense, the participation of parents and communities is critical for the all-round development of one’s educated duration. To speak more clearly, as old saying goes, "all study and no play make Jack a dull boy", which indicate that one should not overstated the skills and academic education, otherwise, the essential purpose of education can not be fully fulfilled. Living with his/her child ,the parent have better appreciation of the child, both mentally and physically, therefore, the parental education beside school is necessity for a child or student. In school, the child might assimilate the large amount of scientific information, however, at home, the child could learn  how his/her parent treat with others when a guest pay a visit to his/her home. As for communities, which supply such a place for students to practice their book-learned knowledge into practice, often considered as the final station in the process of education since each student ultimately will live in a community for work or research, not the school. In light of this, the parent and communities in some case should bear its burden for education.

Considering the aforementioned analysis, it is unwise and meaningless to distinguish or separate the parental education and professional education for both exert influence on the growth of student. When it comes to professional skills, it is imperative for those professional educators to focus on cultivating the specific skills for students. As for some moral education, some collective virtues/such as integrity, fairness, self-discipline, fidelity to task, friends, family, communities ,personal responsibility and etc. In these regards, parents could set a example for his/her child aiming at purify the mind of a child. As far as practice, community should be priority for students put the theoretical knowledge into a visible reality. Through combining all of these roles during variety aspects of education, education can better serve its original purpose---learn to be, learn to know and so on.

In the final analysis, it is true that the professional educator plays critical role the fostering the scientific knowledge to students, but both the parents and communities should not be excluded as mentioned above for them provide a different forms of education for students. To better advance education in its quality and effectiveness, all of mentioned role in education should be inclusive.
