A nation should require all its students to study the same national curriculum until they enter college rather than allow schools in different parts of the nation to determine which academic courses to offer.

I do not entirely agree with the speaker's assertion without deep consideration, even some fundamental national curriculum is very important to our society and its students. Except some fundamental national curriculum should be required to all the students of the nation, we should also consider the different parts with different conditions, especially in economic and racial aspects.

Admittedly, the fundamental same national curriculum should be demanded for its truly being effective to the nation and its students. To begin with, such curriculum can be as a standard to evaluate the quality of schools. And with certain evaluation, schools can pay more attention to the study of students since any school want to be the worse---clearly, worse quality may cause many bad affection, such as lower students coming, little supporting of government or some other social unity---than other. And such comparing also can appear among the nationwide students, because they never hope they are the most ill-level in their entire peer. Besides, the fundamental curriculum can also be valuable in other aspect. With some curriculum, students can learn some similar knowledge and basic technology--especially the language--with which they can communize each other more easily and cozily. For example, in our country, all of the races in our country study Chinese even many of them in the same have their own language. Thanks to such study, when we want to have a talk with some people of the races, we may find little difficulty between each other. In short, giving such a demanding will not be a wrong thing.

However, we place emphasis on the same fundamental national curriculum does not mean we should require all the students to study only the same national curriculum. In some cases, we should also allow the schools in different parts of the nation have some free choosing about the curriculum. Consider on the one hand the different culture in different place. Also let's have a look at the minor nations. When they have been born, they speak their own language, and they usually use certain language in their daily life. In such place, to allow the schools provide curriculum about their mother language is necessary often. If we restrict them to teach the mother language, the students in such place will not have a deep understand with such language and it also may be difficult for the teacher to teach knowledge for some knowledge being more easily understanding when explicating with the mother language. And on the other hand, please give some attention to the place with different economic condition. In the rich place, the government may have more money to support the education and may be able to provide some other curriculum relational the students’ interests. Such restrict will make them not operate some effective action.  

In short, I agree with the speaker's assertion that some fundamental national curriculum should be required all the students of the nation. Yet, we should also give some choosing right to different place which can make such place consider its conditions, and then provide some needed special curriculum.

Except some fundamental national curriculum  should be required to all the students of the nation(for all students to learn), we should also consider the different parts with (in) different conditions, especially in economic and racial aspects. And with certain evaluation, schools can pay more attention to the study of students since any school want (wants) to be the worse (不是很明白这句话的意思耶) ---clearly, worse (没有比较,不用比较级) quality may cause many bad affection (既然前面用many了,那这里就应该用复数) , such as lower students coming (是不是becoming啊?如果是coming,那这句话是什么意思啊?) , little supporting of government or some other social unity---than other (other只能做形容词,作名词时应该是others) . And such comparing also can appear among the nationwide students, because they never hope they are the most ill-level in (用among是不是更好呢?) their entire peer. Besides, the fundamental curriculum can also be valuable in other aspect (aspects) . With some curriculum, students can learn some similar knowledge and basic technology--especially the language--with which they can communize (communicates with) each other more easily and cozily. For example, in our country, all of the races in our country study Chinese even many of them in the same have their own language (是不是应该用复数这里?) . Thanks to such study, when we want to have a talk with some people of the races, we may find little difficulty (应该是阻碍obstacle,而不是困难) between each other. In short, giving such a demanding will not be a wrong thing. 承认共同的基础教育的重要性

However, (主语从句是不是要加个that这里) we place emphasis on the same fundamental national curriculum does not mean we should require all the students to study only the same national curriculum. In some cases, we should also allow the schools in different parts of the nation have some free choosing (为什么不用choice这里?) about the curriculum. Consider on the one hand the different culture in different place.(个人觉得这两处用复数好点)  Also let's have a look at the minor nations (minority是少数民族的意思) . When they have been born, they speak their own language (感觉这句语序调整一下读起来顺口些,They speak their own language since they were born) , and they usually use certain language in their daily life. In such place, to allow the schools (to) provide curriculum about their mother language is necessary often. If we restrict them to teach the mother language, the students in such place will not have a deep understand with such language and it also may be difficult for the teacher to teach knowledge for some knowledge being more easily understanding (understood) (不是个很好的理由,另外意思有点别扭) when explicating with the mother language. And on the other hand, please give some attention to the place with different economic condition (conditions) . In the rich place ,the government  may have more money to support the education and may be able to provide some other curriculum relational (related to) the students’ interests. Such restrict (restriction) will make them not operate some effective action.  (chinglish)    不同地方不同情况

In short, I agree with the speaker's assertion that some fundamental national curriculum should be required all the students of the nation. Yet, we should also give some choosing right to different place (places) which can make such place consider its conditions, and then provide some needed special curriculum.

还可以分析多一点,两段是否少了点?比如说老师要因材施教,或者说过分的统一课程会造成教条主义的灌输
