When our environment is under growing threat from human civilization, government should take action to preserve publicly owned wilderness areas in their natural state.
Even a few people could cause serious damage to a remote wilderness area.
The destruction of even a remote wildness area could result in unforeseeable effects on the larger environment.
Without government’s protection, even the remotest wildness area will finally disappear.

My Essay:
The author asserts that government should preserve publicly owned wilderness areas in their natural state, even though these areas are often extremely remote and thus accessible to only a few people. To this issue, maybe many people have acclaimed and made suggestion, according to their experience, belief and emotional concern. As far as I am concerned, I strongly agree with the author's suggestion. I will argue in the following.
First of all, it is necessary and important to protect nature environment and preserve these publicly owned wildness areas in their natural state. It is well know that since our human race appear, the nature changed along with human active few by few. Through thousands and hundreds years, human have changed and have the power to change the nature environment as human's will, especially after the industry innovation, original in England. Now a sharp great many of plants and animals have disappeared from the earth. Heavy black smoke over round our sky, which ever be so blue, a beautiful environment have been destructed by human race completely. People, under such a pollution condition, became infected easily to many toxic and bacterium. It is reported that based on an all-world wild survey, 10,000 person pass away everyday for the reason of pollution air and over exposed to UV-radiation. In order to protect ourselves, we should protect our nature environment; it should include to preserve these publicly owned areas.   
In the second place, although these publicly owned wilderness areas are often remote wildness area and inaccessible to most of people, it still need and desire to protect and preserve these area. On the one hand, it is obvious that, it is human race have polluted the nature environment and will still pollute even destroy the nature environment; because human race have the trend to invade into the wildness area little by little. This can be inferred from human race history. On the other hand, an area inaccessible to human race is easily to protect. A striking example is that the area between the North Korea and the South Korea, an area had been destructed by human race during the Korea war happened in 1950s. Now, for the reason that both of the two Korea forbidden their people go into this area, it appear as an nature wildness area.  Such an example indicate that people can more easy to protect wildness areas than area near around human race.
Last but not the least, the duty of protecting and preserving these publicly owned wilderness areas is not only the responsibility of government but also of public. Government’s help for protecting nature environment and preserving publicly owned wilderness areas is insufficient, Government have many other important problem to solve and many fields to support, it have not so much investment to invest to it. Public should take the duty to protect nature environment and preserving these publicly owned wilderness areas by planting trees, be self-forbidden to invade into these publicly owned wilderness areas.
To sum up, we can conclude that human race have changed the balance among the biosphere of the nature environment. Hence, we have the duty to protect nature environment. Preserving these publicly owned wilderness areas depend on government as well as public.
