背景：研一，生物专业，退学，美国排名150左右生物医学全奖，1000被拒。
vo是白人络腮胡子。整个签证过程没怎么抬头看我，一直劈劈啪啪敲键盘。
大致经过：
me: Good morning, sir!
vo: Good morning. How are you?
me: Fine, thank you. And you?
vo: I'm fine. So what do you know about *** university?
me: *** university is one of the public Ohio universities. It is ranking among the top 77 public universities in US. (说完第一句就开始点头，本来还想继续说，觉得他比较满意这个答案，好像不想我继续说了，于是停止）
vo: So you are a graduate student in ***university, why do you plan to receive graduate education in *** university?
me: Because I don't like my research projects here. I like research with more pratical use, especially research related to medicine. My future advisor's research project is a great fit with my interest. And she has very promising research projects for me which are in the leading edge of the field I am interested in.
The biomedical sciences program in *** university possesses outstanding research facility and graduate environment. This ensures my future success in biomedical sciences.
vo: 沉默，敲键盘。
vo: 忙着打电脑。do you konw Bill ***(后面一个词没有听清楚）
me: excuse me?
vo: Bill ***?
me: can you spell that?
vo: he is a faculty member in *** university (我现在所在的学校）.
me: I am sorry. But I have just come to this univeristy for one year. (这句话开始严重范傻，甚至都没有问他这个人是不是生物系的一个老师）
vo: 沉默，敲键盘。Sorry, please wait for a while. 离开了一会儿，回来。
Vo: Do you have a student card?
me: yes, here you are.
沉默，敲键盘
vo: Can I have a look at your admission letter?
me: 想确认一下，You mean offer letter?
vo: Yes. (大概看了看）
me: (在他看的时候）I was admitted as a PhD student. I have got full financial support from ** university. It includes an annual stipend of *** dollors. It is renewable and lasts for five years.
vo: 沉默,敲键盘。Where did you get your bachelor's degree?
me: I got my bachelor's degree in Biology from *** univeristy.
vo: 沉默，敲键盘。Sorry, ×××××××. 给了两张白纸。
me: would you please tell me why?
vo: you can get the answer from the two letters.
me: would you please tell me why? I don't really quite understand.
vo: you can get the answer from the two letters.
me: ~~~~~
离开

个人总结： 1：太大意了，觉得全奖都很好过.关键问题没有回答好，签证前一个晚上突然意识到一个问题：我的I20表上显示我是过去读硕士学位，学时是3年，但是offer letter上说得是5年的PhD. 之前以为给vo解释一下就可以了，但是后来听说I20上显示的时间应该是允许你在美国呆的最长时间，于是开始和对方学校的老师联系，系里和国际学生办事处开了两个证明扫描过来。害的一晚上只睡了两个小时左右。之前一直以为vo会在这个上面纠缠，没想到vo提都没提。
2：不够主动，冷场了很长时间，面试前没有好好整理思路，比如什么时候该主动说什么内容等等。准备了很多材料，包括support letter都没有主动给vo看。在我前面去加州大学的一个女生和我情况差不多，中间冷场挺长时间，被拒。个人觉得广州签证还是不要冷场的好.bless她2000顺利～

恳请斑竹点评，约了6月7号2000。有了第一次经验，这次一定好好准备，也恳请斑竹好好提提建议。谢谢！
