今天BJ被check了
背景：我有6000多的assistantship and fee waiver
学科：Aerospace Enginneering
过程如下：

m: How are you, sir?
vo: fine. You are going to study phd?
m: yes, I will pursue my phd in mechanical engineering in univ. of missouri-columbia. （I-20上为Mechanical，实为Aerospace）
(马上拿出admission letter, 和offer letter) here is my admission, and this is my offer letter.
vo: do you have a resume?
m: yes, here it is(递进去）
vo: oh, your are the co-organizor of ... Party. What is it about?(看了我一个resume中一个曾组织过的party，很感兴趣的样子。）
m: 。。。（我给他介绍了一下）
vo: It seems interesting. ...(听力后觉得很赶兴趣，转头告诉和隔壁窗的金发vo mm。)
(此时我暗自高兴）

vo: have you seen the movie ".."?
（movie 的名字没听清楚，感觉看过，接着顺口就说）

m: yes, I have seen the movie for several times? (此时说了就后悔，要vo说movie的内容我就挂了！！！）
vo: oh, that is a good movie.( 是不是这句就忘了，反正没有进一步深入movie的意思！。。。松一口气啊！！！）
m: Actually, I take the Party Report here. You can have a look. I would like to invite you next year.（也挺后悔的我还在中国的话不就证明我被据了。）

vo: (接过我的report看了一下里面的照片,然后转回屏幕）.

vo: you have relatives in the US ！?
m: yes, actually my parents are there. they immigrated to the US two years ago.
vo: how could they immigrate?
m: .....
vo: what are their jobs?
m: .....
(我答完后vo就再也没有在问我有关移民倾向和财产的事了，我最后发现连 deposit certificate 都没有来出来。）

vo: have you brought your research plan?
m: oh, yes, I have. (递给他）
vo: oh, quite a lot. I don't want to read, could you just tell me what is it writing about?

m: oh, of course. there are four parts of my study plan. in the first part, I talk about my background. the second,
I write why I would want to have a phd degree, why in the area of ..., why in the us. the third, I say what is my overplan and
concrete plan. the fourth, I talk what I want to do after graduation.(照着精华贴中的原则写的，刚满满一页650字左右。）

vo: ok, please also give me your advisor's webpage. There is no problem in you visa.
I just need a check.(说的时候态度蛮好的）

m: how long will you check？. I have planed to enter the US at July 15th. could I catch my time table?
vo: （中文）应该没有问题。(英文）3 or 4 weeks I think.

m: thank you very much.（收拾东西走了）

整个过程气氛都不错，可能是VO对我组织过的那个活动感兴趣吧又或者他本来就不打算据我。出来后在等侯大厅还问了两个问题。总之今天有如下得益：

1. 真实了父母在美国有绿卡的话不用担心移民问题，VO问也没问。（其实按理我还要7－8年后才能拿到移民签证，而读博可能只需3年，本来挺担心这问题的。）
2. 忽悠差点过头了，关于movie的事情我现在还后怕。
3. 帮网友问了一下，如果自己的名字生辟，真的查不到相应电码，可以填 0000（四个零）。
4. 预约没来的，时间过后自动取消预约，不用再打电话取消。

终于走完了面签这一步，多谢gter一路照料，希望所有被check的xdjm都能顺利通过，返签的都直接pass啦。
