choose large company or small company? 请大家修改

When it comes to the question whether go to a large company to start someone’s career it better than enrolled in a small one. I think different people has his own mind, some people may choose large companies as their career start-point for their attractive advantages, however, some other persons may enrolled in small companies for their own sound reasons.

Admittedly, there are so many alluring advantages to choose large companies as a career platform, and numerous job applicants admire them to get good jobs, or to learn something, or to enhance their career background and so forth. Large companies, especially multinational one, have their own successful management system; have scientific operation machinery to survive in the global competition, and have their unique way to keep their employees vivid, all of which are the things for others learning from. Besides, there are many opportunities for employees to improve themselves. For example, IBM, one of the most famous PC companies in the world, gives some of its employees to study abroad. So, I think, choose a big company as a career platform is a wise choice.

On the other hand, small companies also have their own unique advantages which we cannot ignore. Firstly, small companies can give more opportunities to their employees to show their intellect, which is the graduates want most. Secondly, small companies may have more room to develop, and their employees may be promoted easily, and this is also the things some job finders want most. Lastly, enrolled in a small business may give someone valueless experience, with which the reapers may archive great success in their later life. In that case, small one is also a good option.

As a young man, I would like to choose enrolled in large companies as my career start-point when I graduate, not only for their high salary, but also for some useful things which cannot get from books. Because, I think, firstly, working in a large company can be well offered. Secondly, I can learn a lot of valuable things during my work, such as how to cooperate with my colleagues, how to maintain my insider balance under high work pressure, and some work experiences which may be useful in my later career life. And then, maybe, I may choose a small one or start my own business, if it is possible, to fully utilize my value and realize my ambition.

In conclusion, no matter which one is your ideal choice, the purpose is the most important thing. Before you make your choice, you’d better answer the question” what do I want to get from it?” Small one or large one, every one is the best one.
