这是IEA评估要准备的资料清单：

1. 工程师职业评估申请表(本站资料分享区有相关下载)
2. 申请费450澳元(打印申请表到中国银行批汇，买汇票)
3. 雅思成绩(让雅思考试中心直接寄给澳大利亚工程师协会)
4. 毕业证公证
5. 学位公证
6. 成绩单公证
7. 工程师职称公证(非必备件)
8. 个人简历(最好要按照如下格式写出不超过3页A4纸)：
i. 个人基本信息
ii. 工作起始，单位名称，地址，邮编，电话
iii. 职务，工作职责，主要工作活动
iv. 教育背景
9. 雇主推荐信
10. 继续教育报告：工作后参加过的培训，会计，课程，发表的文章，论文等(不超过一页A4纸)
11. 个人陈述报告首页：贴照片，签字—(本站资料分享区有相关最新可编辑版本下载)
12. 三篇项目报告( 每段标出段落编号如：1.1， 1.2 ......)
13. 项目报告总结 (按照工程师评估指南所列表格方式 ：PE1.1， PE2.1 PE3.1...)

针对其中几项有问题，并需求帮助：
1、工程师职业评估申请表 。是否就是这个文件：CompetencyDemonstrationReportApplicationForm.pdf

9、继续教育报告。是否有样例可以分享，没写过。怕写不好。

11、个人陈述报告首页。从网上查到一篇样例，如下，是否合适？是否要贴照片？
