TOPIC: ISSUE70 - "In any profession-business, politics, education, government-those in power should step down after five years. The surest path to success for any enterprise is revitalization through new leadership."
      

With advancements of society, more and more enterprises are inclined to renew their leadership in order to keep pace with a dazzling amount of changes and win a championship in relatively more intensive competitions. Some people insist the standpoint that government-those in power should step down after a period of five years in diversified disciplines such as profession-business, polictics, education and so forth, while others disagree the assertion. In my obeservations, it is advisible not to limit a time for alternatives in leadership, moreover, if a person who is talent enough and contributing a lot to his enterprise, he is much more considered to be in position despite of age.   

Strategies of transformations in any enterprise are calling for fexiblity, especially including alternations in leadership. It is also hard to say a period of five years apropos to put new ones in use.  First, it costs both considerable money and time to cultivate potential leaders. Hardly to say five years as a criterion is well-timed. Second, it will more or less spend certain time to adapt a completely new working forms with which  predicates new subordinates to coordinate, more difficult situations to deal, although such potential leaders are regarded quanlified enough to be competent for managements.  In my view of point, leaders in enterprises are appreciated to establish a fexible system to select their new administers regardless of being too restricted to a so-called period of time. Anyone mature enough can be viewed as a successor of a corporation although it is early to a five-year time of exchanging.

Experienced people are more collected to handle down complexities. Even a correct and timely decision may do help to stablize operations and being avoided of unwanted loss for a company. Veterans in fields of business, politics, education and the like are chastend in both daliy normal working process and some unexpected urgent and gusty events, they had underwent a lot  which a novice will inevitably spend time to experience in future work. However, rich experienced workers are more likely to resolve a problem by using relatively less time, at the same time, also doing a good job. As known to a enterprisneur, time is always regarded as an opportunity cost for a company. An example in the area of marine freightage is avaliable to support this standpoint. Operators in a transportation company are responsible to offer a marine bill of lading to clients to pick up goods in the destination.  When an inexperienced operator deal with a container which is patched together with others, he or she is likely to be unconscious to distinguish the terms of CY-CY or CFS-CFS. Onced a wrong term printed in B/L , it either brings huge loss to company or equal loss to the clients. The same principle can be used in leadership, operators in transportation company deal with documents, and our leaders are considered as operators of entire enterprise, who serves the whole behalf of company.

In sum, it is parochial to conclude that the surest path to success for any enterprise is revitalization through new leadership, as discussed above. Success of an enterprise means a lot, which cannot exclude make the most use of possibilites to gain interests, better techologys, enhance the productivity efficeny and so on. That is to say, whether a new leadership established or not, he is capable of dealing with all aspects of things well, which is not easily solved by energy and talent, it needs a genuine leader who is multiple intelligent enough to meet in diversifed requirements in a company.

你的观点是:谁是LEADER不重要,重要的是这个LEADER是个有能的人,能带来好处就行. 开头和结尾呼应,通篇比较完整.
第二段说明时间不是问题,第三段是诠释LEADER应该是怎样的.
我说我的想法把. 本来你怎么写无所谓,只要能提自己圆场就行,但是老实讲你的观点不够鲜明,大多数人会这样写,那么语言上的劣势会突显(
我们都不善长这方面)那只能用深刻的分析和强有力的论据来弥补,显然做得不够.
希望你评我的文章的时候也狠一点.!!!!
