The problems of modern society have led many people to complain:'We live in terrible times.' Yet,given the choice, no one today would prefer to live in any other time.

这个题目好奇怪啊，怎么可以把人的主观情绪也写上呢？我就是那个想回到过去生活的人，难道把我的感受写上就算驳论了？不懂。ANYWAY，我打算这样写。不过目前想到的只有2论据：

people never satisfy. When they complain 'We live in terrible times.'  they actually  mean that they miss the good side of past days. But when they are making such complaints, they forget that meanwhile they are enjoy great convenience of modern times. To give up one side of advantage for another kind of advantage does not seem like a wise desicion.

In addition, to give up the present fashion of life will cause much trouble since people have usually got used to it. 这里可举例，比较电话、EMAIL等。

hehe（不知道这个考试时可不可以写啊，小米懂不？），it is quite an interesting topic.

first, it's too absolute to say no one would like to live in another time rather than this one even if given the choice. someone may would like, while others wouldn't.

second, each time has its own problem due to the contemporary situation, society regime, and these factors also vary from nation to nation in any time.

third, as life goes on, there will appear problems. if eveyone want to avoid problems rather solve them, how can a society, a nation, and the world to progress? say, if there is no airplane, there won't be air accident.

however, some times the problems are so abominable that we want to get rid of them by living in another time. but we should be clear that not only is it impossible, but we will have different problems than. escape is never a good way to solve problems.

我基本能想到的也是paisley那两点。

补充一点就是 different times have their own problems,thus the right way for us to do is to try to solve them rather than complaining.
