作文: 假设问题 67If you were an employer, which kind of worker would you prefer to hire: an inexperienced worker at a lower salary or an experienced worker at a higher salary? Use specific reasons and details to support your answer.

If I am an employer of some company and if one day there are two workers come to apply for a position, if one is inexperienced worker requiring lower salary while the other is experienced requiring higher salary, I will prefer the former for the following reasons, while admitting that the lattter also could be considered first in some special conditions.

The main reason for my propensity for the former one is that I always think the major quality to a new employee is not the experience but other special and potential abilities such as easy to be educated, enthusiastic, innovating ideas and so on. For experience could not always bring efficient many rookies could acquire experience after some relevant training and time, then they will combine the experiences with their own talent and make great contribution as a result, while some veterans without those abilities may contributes a little. Moreover, usually the rookies require lower salary than veterans, even the cost of training may equal to or more than the salary margin between rookies and veterans, afterward what we gain from their contribution will be highly beyond what we invest on them now. What’s more, another advantage of choosing an inexperienced worker rather than an experienced one is the possibility of the rookies’ job-hopping is fewer than the veterans, since they should spend time being familiar with our company, they will have less time complaining than veterans.

Admittedly, those inexperienced workers at a lower salary are not always the prior choice, sometimes we should consider which kind of person is the position really need, and which kind of job is suitable for then, then decide to choose him.


口语:describe a social or politics celebration events in your culture

Well, one of the social celebration events in my culture is dragon boat festival and it is my favourite festival. On that day people do some special things such as making Zongzi which is a dumpling-like bread and racing in dragon boats, in order to memorize Quyuan who was once a famous official but was treated unjustly and finally took his own life in a river, in acient times. As time goes by, such actives become a traditional custom which make our modern life colorful and meaningful.

搂主有一个很好的习惯就是不用模板,这对提高作文水平很有帮助~~~

If I am(虚拟语态用 i were sb..) an employer( y not translate to chief executive officer or sth like the manager of human resource~) of some company and if one day there are two workers come( there be +noun+现在分词表示伴随) to apply for a position, if (前面已经用了if假设,后面可以改成and 连接下一步的假设)one is inexperienced worker requiring lower salary while (用while 作比较的技巧非常好)the other is experienced requiring higher salary, I will prefer the former for the following reasons, while admitting that the lattter also could be considered first(作为对让步段的铺垫可以再把latter 贬低一点,此处感觉俩者平行了不方便下面展开) in some special conditions.

The main reason for my propensity for(my propensity to choose the former one) the former one (重新开始的一段不妨再度提出the one with rather mature experiece,连续使用代词former may confuse the rator in some cases especially when he/she is getting exausted)is that I always think the major quality to a new employee is not the experience but other special and potential abilities such as (being)easy to be educated, enthusiastic, innovating ideas(前面是形容词后面是名词不对称) and so on(用了such as后面不跟and so on,这道理就跟because 和so不能连用一样,老外的规矩). For(for 作为 因为 解释的时候只能放在句中,放在开头用 since)experience could not always bring efficient(efficiency) many rookies could acquire experience after some relevant training and time, then they will combine the experiences with their own talent and make great contribution as a result(as a result 的意思是因此,而不是作为结果), while some veterans without those abilities may contributes a little(Y? i keep asking, Y? the conclusion mgiht be kind of subjective and domineering, better if u use some specific ideas to support it). Moreover, usually the rookies require lower salary than veterans, even the cost of training may equal to or more than the salary margin between rookies and veterans(even 后面的这个分句很好,我收下了), afterward what we gain from their contribution will be highly beyond what we invest on them now. What’s more, another advantage of choosing an inexperienced worker rather than an experienced one is the possibility of the rookies’ job-hopping is fewer ( less)than the veterans, since they should spend time being(being familiar的意思是他们持续地花时间保持熟悉公司,personally i suppose it should be paraphrased to getting, which means the whole process of the change from a disciple to a skillful worker) familiar with our company, they will have less time complaining than veterans.


Admittedly, those inexperienced workers at a lower salary are not always the prior choice, sometimes we should consider which kind of person is the position really need, and which kind of job is suitable for then, then decide to choose him.(the last paragraph really confused me for u spent almost whole passage above to demonstrate the advantages of employing inexperienced workers. it might not be suitable to summarize in such a impartial way without any inclination. i mean, after the whole comparison we made, it would be better to show ur propensity apparently in the last paragraph.)

hire rookie or vetran?

don't jump to one choice. In most cases, it depends on what kind of situation your company has.

If you have an important order with few time permitted, you have to choose a vetran.

If you have long time, you may train a rookie.

You must stand in the shoes of a head in a company. Otherwise you choice would be very weak.

可以俩边都写,但是对逻辑辩证的要求很高,可以参考李笑来的范文

在刚开始练习的情况下个人觉得还是先写支持一边的好,一步一步来

有点疑惑:首段读了后,感觉应该是主要谈former,提一提latter吧,但是第二段是在完整的说former的种种advantages;第三段只是小做让步,然后就conclusion了吧,也没提latter到底有什么不好之处,这样做是否和首段照应呢?



总的看来,二段的理由都很充分,很好,有些理由还是我没有想到的,学习学习!
