假设问题 67．If you were an employer, which kind of worker would you prefer to hire: an inexperienced worker at a lower salary or an experienced worker at a higher salary? Use specific reasons and details to support your answer.


Human resource is one of the most essential parts in a company. When faced with the decision of hiring a worker at a lower salary with no experience or at a higher salary with abundant experiences, quite a few would deem that inexperienced employees are more fitable to an enterprise, but others, in contrast, believe the latter as the premier choice and that is also my point. Among countless factors which influence adopting the one who wants high salary possessing full experiences, there are three conspicuous aspects as follows.

The main reason for my propensity is that experienced employees work more efficiently. For example, they will be accustomed to the rhythm of the company in a short time so as to plunge into the work quickly. What is more, they will be more competent in their jobs. In other words, they can accomplish the projects in a higher qualification and spend less time.

The second reason is that experienced employees will save the money and the time of elementary training for the company. Those who lack of prior experience need not only training but also a period of time to be acquainted with the positions, which will cost more than hire experienced individuals. During the process that a fresh man becomes familiar with the job, they will probably make mistakes, and the company will spend much more manpower and physical resources to make up for it.

In addition, the experienced employees always have larger interpersonal relationship on business, which can bring a lot of clients to the company. It is a common sense that the more clients the company has the more profit it will make. The experienced employees accumulate more relationship in their work years, while inexperienced workers are the fresh men in this area.

Admittedly, inexperienced employees do have certain advantages over the experienced. They are quite plastic in mind, lower paid, more acceptable to new trends. However, experienced individuals are more efficient in work, saving cost and time in groundwork training, possessing larger relationship of business. So, they are worth high salary. I therefore reinforce my standpoint to hire experienced employees at a high salary.

The first social celebration event in my mind is mid-autumn festival. According to Chinese tradition, it is on Augurst 15th in luna calendar. On that day, the moon is round ,which in China symbolizes the reunion of the family.Two primary activities of the festival are that people always watch moon with their family members and eat  traditional food ,moon cake, which is made of a pastry with mostly sweet fillings. Not only in acient time but also today, this festival is very meaningful in our culture.

Among countless factors which influence adopting the one who wants high salary possessing full experiences(显得有些多余了), there are three conspicuous aspects as follows.

The main reason for my propensity is that experienced employees work more efficiently(加上would应该完整些，不是说任何有经验的工人的工作效率都高). For example, they will be accustomed to the rhythm of the company in a short time so as to plunge into （这个词组好像不太合适，改成concentrate on好些吧，那个好像形容一个具体的动作多一些）the work quickly. What is more, they will be more competent in their jobs （＋than the normal ones）. In other words, they can accomplish the projects in a higher qualification and spend less time.

发现你的意思表达的都很明确，三个观点起码中文上表达的很清晰，但是有些句子用的还不是很到位，有点太直白了。可以用些句式和句法来转变一下你的句子。
