作文(花钱问题) Some people think governments should spend as much money as possible exploring outer space (for example, traveling to the Moon and to other planets). Other people disagree and think governments should spend this money for our basic needs on Earth. Which of these two opinions do you agree with? Use specific reasons and details to support your answer.
Nowadays there is a controversial issue under debate about whether governments should spend money on exploring outher space or on our basic needs on earth. In my opinion I prefer to the latter one, for the problems needed to deal with in earth are much beyond those in other planets in both quantities and extents, that I will explain more as following by. The first thing that any government should consider is to make all the people dressing warmly and earing their fills. Since the starvation is a globlal problem and even in developed countries still existed such starving phenomenon, how could a government dare to say that it has enough preparation to explore outer space? Retrospecting to last century, it was just because of pursuing to get exceeded of United State in exploring outer space, former Soviet Union, once was a super developed country, finally stepped into dismal of failure. Besides this, the second thing should governments also consider prior is enviorment. Because of the developing of all sorts of technology, the pollution becomes a serious problem need us pay attention to, such as global warming, pollution of sea and being extinct species and so forth. What’t more, another aspect that a government would also pay attention is the society security. Since the terroristic affairs happens more and more frequently, every govenment in each country could never ignore antiterrorism any more, terrorism is becoming a global threathen which needs all the countries make effort to beat on it. In the other hand, no one will deny that xploring outer space is also a meaningful thing. For exploring outer space means the development of space technology and progress of astronomic knowledge, and such explorement will bring us many exotic information which maybe useful in future. However, the importance and exigent degree of exploring outer space are much less than those basic needs in the earth, such we have discused above. All in all, there are lots of things need to consider and deal with, not only the three ones we have talked about but also others such as energy sources, technologic development and so on. In my opinion, before solving al these troubles could any government claim that it has the ability to focus most of its attention on exploring outer space rather than on our basic needs on the earth. 口语 Do you agree that childhood is the happiest (or precious) time in life
Well, I really think that childhood is the happiest time in the whole life for the followingreasins. Firstly a child never takes thought of how to survive, for his parents will certainly care about him all-sidedly. Another thing he will also need not to consider is how to compete with others, since we are living in modern society which is filled in seriously competeing in all aspects, however, a child won’t consider this for he is a child, he is far from this and is not able to consider such bothers.
