7.19 CD 2000 Pass~

1000时我几乎没怎么准备就去了，以为会水过，结果被3号拒了。之后这些天我才去看gter看taisha,找有经验的哥哥姐姐们问，发现其实所谓水过也是需要准备的。这次签过了，也就发上来分享一下吧~

今天去成都领事馆进行二签。我是去读本科，专业是会计。
我上边穿的是raffles junior college(我高中)的校服（casual uniform）。上次我的同学穿了这件在杀手那里很快过了，所以她建议我穿这个，显得更有学生气。
我约的是早上9点，8点半的时候到了领事馆门口排队，发现今天来签的学生不多。进去的时候可能因为大家才开始上班，工作人员态度还挺好的。这次遇到的中文秘书态度也很好。我把ds表、I-20 form、admission letter、护照、sevis fee收据和签证费收据递给中文秘书。这时想了想要不要递我的Financial Aid letter, 觉得还不如递那张学校写的supporting letter呢，supporting letter上写了我是个很好的学生所以获得了31810USD的奖学金，所以我就把supporting letter 一块儿交给中秘了。
那时候三个vo都还没开始签，大家都坐着静静地等候。放眼望去，好像探亲的比较多，学生样子的人很少。
我坐的地方只能看到1号（杀手）和2号（harry）的脸，3号看不见（不过反正上次是他拒的，我也不想看他咯）。1号签了好多个探亲的，好像签过的居多。2号一开始以很快的速度解决了一个读phd的（是要check,可能是敏感专业吧），然后拒了两个英文不怎么好的好像是去做交流项目的男学生（那两个人的英文说着说着就说不下去了，改成中文又说，结果被拒），之后2号签了一两个商务的，又拒了一个几乎不会说英文的女学生。其间，1号拒了一个英文还不错的好像是学real estate的女生，问了很多问题，似乎还问了what kind of broker companies?之类的问题，女生答了很多，还是遭拒。3号手下过了个去学会计的，也是问了详细的归国计划（似乎他的风格就这样），那个女生还给了他看会计师事务所的supporting letter，最终过了。
正观察着，就轮到我了。我走过去，把资金的两个文件夹放左手边，把学校成绩啊、学习计划之类的东西放在右手边，微笑着说了声good morning, sir!才开始扫指纹。可能是因为前几个人都跟他说的中文吧，他居然用的中文指导我放手指。
Vo看着电脑好一阵子，我intuitive地问：is there a problem? (其实好像有点傻)
Vo: no, no problem.
Vo: (看了一阵电脑开始问)so why/where are you going to US?(没听清是why还是where,不过没关系吧，反正我的答案都一样)
I: to go to University of Richmond to pursue my undergraduate studies. It’s a four-year full-time program. (说一下full-time主要想让他觉得我是去做正儿八经的学习的)
Vo: why this university?
I: This university’s academic quality is ranked 4th by business week for undergraduate business program (这是我在学校网站上找到的听起来最好听的排名了，呵呵^^)
Vo: When did you graduate?
I: I just graduated from Singapore Raffles Junior College in May this year. (看他还没打断，赶紧步一句——)Raffles Junior College is the best high school in Singapore.
Vo: so you had your high school in Singapore. Why don’t you stay there for university?
I: Because in Singapore our teacher introduced the concept of Liberal Arts education to us. I’m personally very attracted to this education system, and our teacher also encourage us to pursue this education. I think it’s the best education and it can maximize one’s potential and benefit the person’s whole life.(本来还准备说专业上的，结果被打断)
Vo: what’s your family’s income?
I: the total income of my parents is about 135,000RMB per year. Do u want to see their income certificates?
Vo: No need…
I: (怕他一如既往的在钱上面死扣，于是又说)There is no problem for my family to support my studies. And I think it’s our RESPONSIBILITY to contribute some amount to the education since it’s such good education. My family has also saved for me fixed deposit of 581,000RMB, which itself can cover all the four year’s family contribution. Do you want to see the bank certificates?
Vo: No.
I: （这是vo沉默，所以我继续补充）when I was applying to the college, I indicated this amount of family contribution.
Vo开始看DS157，可能在看我以前读的学校
I: I had my junior high school in China and now I’m still keeping in touch with my friends. I come back every year. Do you want to see my old passport?
VO: no. How did your parents afford your studies in Singapore?
I: oh, I went there under full scholarship. The school came to Chengdu to recruit students and I was selected and awarded full scholarship. (又看他没打断，于是继续说)and since my score there was quite good, I’m awarded scholarship by University of Richmond again.
Vo 看着I-20上cost of study, personal funds, school funds那一部分，又看电脑，又打字。
我看着他打字，有点怕。所以说：do you want to see any more documents, like our housing certificates? (因为听说harry喜欢看房产证嘛)
VO: no need.
然后他把I-20上要签vo名字的那栏露出来，开始写日期。我就知道这次应该不是拒了吧。果然，他撕了小白纸片，说：come back at 4pm.
我心中狂喜，忙说thank you!

以上就是签证的过程了，具体问题的顺序可能有一点不一样，毕竟有记不清了。其实他没有看我的任何documents,也没问我专业啊归国计划啊什么的，我都觉得意外。不过的确我一直向他强调出我是个好学生，去是为了pursue a good education，可能还是很有用，而且英文上我说得比前面几个人顺，所以可能他觉得心情好些吧。
