It has recently been announced that a new restaurant may be built in your neighborhood. Do you support or oppose this plan? Why? Use specific reasons and details to support your answer.

There is an old English proverb that one man’s meat is another man’s poison. When it comes to the plan that a new restaurant may be built in neighborhood, people always have divergent opinions on this controversial issue. From the personal perspective, I support this plan. No matter you like it or not, a restaurant built in neighborhood has several benefits that you can not deny.

Firstly, restaurant built in neighborhood is convenient people who live around this community with its service. People can get food from the restaurant, which can save their time, especially when people who have no time in preparing their diets. We can take the thing happened around me as an example. When I studied at Mid-school, my parents had to work all day and not time in making lunch for me, so I eaten in one small restaurant which was near our family. In addition, when my parents came back home late, and had energy in preparing diet, most of time, they bought some quick food for me and themselves. Of course, now they have better jobs in city and it is not necessary for them to work all daylong. But in the past, the small restaurant indeed had helped our family. So it is transparent for me to support the plan that one new restaurant may be built in my neighborhood.

Moreover, restaurant built in neighborhood has another advantage. Sometimes, my relatives visited my parents from remote countryside. So my parents reversed one banquet for them. If there is one restaurant near our neighborhood, it will save them much energy. More importantly, restaurant can offer some jobs for people who live this area, especially for student who wants to get a part job in his spare time. For example, one of my classmates, who was at the same class at the med-school, got one job in one restaurant which asked she to account for each customer. She learned much experience from this job, like how to communicate with others. What important for her was that she known it was not easy for people to make a living. Thus one restaurant built in neighborhood benefits the people around it.

However, we should notice that one restaurant built in neighborhood may bring some disadvantages. There is not perfect thing in the world. Restaurant may result in nose for the people who live in the neighborhood. In some extreme case, for example, at nigh, the nose for restaurant might disrupt people usual sleeping. In addition, it can lead to pollute in this place. The waste things from the restaurant can cause pollution in the air, like gas that directly released into the sky without being treated, waste water which drain out without being cleaned.

In sum, the advantage of referring to the restaurant built in neighborhood outweigh it’s the disadvantage. As far as I am concerned, I will support the plan. Although one restaurant built in neighborhood has minor disadvantage, which does not justify the opponent. After all we can not throw the baby out with the bath water.

The place I have never been to but like to go in the future is the moon. There are several reasons why I like to go.

Firstly, when I was a child, my grandfather told me many folklore about the moon, so I promised that when grow up, I would go to the mood some day.

Secondly, I have read some scientific book about the noon, so get greatly interesting in the moon. I want to know what would be like on the moon and whether it is possible to build residences or not.

Lastly, you know there are some successful examples that people went to the moon and had left their foot on it. Their wonderful actions greatly encourage me, so I also go to the moon some day.


2.  Do you agree that childhood is the happiest (or precious) time in life?

Yeah, I agree that the childhood is the happiest time in my life. There are some reasons to support my opinion.

Fist of all, everyone has only one childhood, so it is the most precious time in one’s life. When I was child, I had little worry or misgiving about the things of my future for that my parents took care of me. When felt hungry, I asked my parents for food. When felt tired, my parents would offer the best place to sleep.

Secondly, because my parents had to work, I spent my childhood with my grandparent in their rural home. There I learned much knowledge about agriculture, like how to plant vegetable. I also like to raise their little rabbit and dog which kept friendship with me during the time I was in my grandparent’s home.

So I think the childhood is the happiest time in my life.

我也是写的赞同，没想到offer jobs这个好处了,也没想到pollute这个坏处了^_^
总体不错，觉得第三段有点混乱，觉得一段就写一个意思会比较好，其实我写的时候也遇到这个问题了，好像也有一段超混乱。觉得还是把那个请客的例子去掉好了，单纯写offer jobs这个好处。
