There is a discussion which type of workerto employ: inexperienced worker at a lower salary or an experienced one at ahigher salary. This problem, albeit appears quite recently, is becoming animportant matter. As far as I am concerned, I think hiring an inexperiencedworker is better.
The main reason of this choice is becausethe cost of inexperienced worker is low. In the early period, since there arealways some jobs required only a little skill such jobs as typing and helpingfitting these inexperienced workers. Albeit they will work less skilled thanothers, the errors will be relative acceptable. Thus, considering there lowexpected salary and elementary jobs, the whole cost of production will be verylow. In the further, on the other hand, the experience of these workers willalways grow to fit with some other complex jobs. Meanwhile, there may be someskilled workers with nearly the same experience with those ones in my company.Because my workers always do not want to move easily, with the reasons I willtalk later, they will require less than those looking for the employment.Consequently, the whole lifecycle salary will not very high.
In addition in the future this type ofworker will not move easily. According to a recent survey, it is indicated thatmost of people do not want to leave the environment they have been for a longtime easily except some situations such as the environment forces them to leaveor some others. Just after these workers coming, since they have been employedfor a short time, they will not consider leaving. After a period of time duringwhich these workers gain sufficient experience and get well with the otheremployees, they will not want to move. Thus, the whole mobility will be verylow. The common sense tells us that in the corporations the one who are newemployed with a high salary are always the ones who change their job quicklyand the best way to deal with those ones is to offer them a high salary.
However, we should not ignore some flaws ofthis choice. The inexperienced workers should be trained to meet the complexjob. However, some ones who are reluctant to study new skill and lazy are theones we should become aware of. If we do not sort out these ones, the whole expenditurewill be relative high and the benefits of employing such kind of worker will beundermined considering the salary and working they do. At the same time, toomuch train will hold up the process heavily. There are many new companiesfailed recently and a piece of investigation pointed out that the main reasonis that they always employed too many unskilled workers which heavily disturbedthe running of the company.
In the final analysis, despite these flaws, there are always more merits of hiring an inexperienced worker with cost andmobility taken into consideration.
口语:What do you consider to be the mostimportant room in a house? Why is this room more important to you than anyother room? Use specific reasons and examples to support your opinion.
I think bedroom is the most important roomin a house.
First bedroom relates to our resting.
After a whole day’s working we have to goto bedroom to sleep in order to take a rest.
And this can not be compared with otherforms such as taking a nap.
Second when we feel ill, we always go tobedroom to release ourselves from suffering.
For example, when we have a cold, we willgo to the bedroom either to take our temperature or to have some medicine.
That’s why bedroom is important.
