Nowadays, many goverments always go into raptures at the mention of the morden buildings in the cities.However, a multitude of old and historic buildings usually locate in the cities, then should they all be changed to morden ones?As far as I am concerned, the old and historic buildigns,which are of great historic , economic and  cultural values, should be preserved well.

In the first place, the old and historic buildings ,which were mostly constructed a long time ago, express the history of the city. A typical case in point is the the Wuhou Temple in Chengdu,which has stood here for a couple of centuries. The Wuhou Temple was built to commemorate Zhu Geliang, a magnificent politician of the Three Kingdoms period in Chinese history. It is he who  first suggested Liu Bei,the king of the Shu Country, to locate the capital in Chengdu. And it is after that when Chengdu became the most prosperous city in southwest China. Hence, people should visit the temple,where they can acquaint themselves with the history of Chengdu.

Furthermore the archaic buildings, if utilized appropirately, can allure a vast amount tourists to the city, which will contribute to the development of the tourism and at last stimulate the economic progress. Again, take Chengdu , where there are a large amount of historic buildings, as an example. By making good use of the the builddings such as Wuhou Temple, the government of Chengdu has successfully attracted numerous tourists to visit there, and plenty of funds to enhance the not only the tourism, but also the whole economy. And now ,with the old and historic construnctions, the goal of the government is to establish the best city for traveling in China.

Last but not least, the styles of old-age constructions are particular and signifcantly differ from that of the morden ones, therefore, people can learn from the techniques used in the architectures, and improve their own ones.

From what has been mentioned above, the old and historic buildings can remind people the history of the city, can give a rise to the economy, and so on. As a result, the government should harness them aptly and protect them carefully to benefit the whole city.

cellphone: 内容没问题,首先提出thesis, 出于安全和礼貌,一些地方不能使用手机.  接着讲了飞机和教室两个地方.

intonation用的不错.

还要纠正一些发音,貌似the还没解决啊,尽量的再说清楚一些.
