Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Playing games teaches us about life. Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

From children to mature people, playing games have been the essences in our life. Most people hold the point of view that the main purpose of playing game is to relax, to have fun, to serve as the seasoning in our lives. However, there still have some people who advocate the perspective that games also can teach us some principles and believes about life. As for me, I cannot agree more with the later people. There are many reasons why I hold confidence on this viewpoint, and I will explore a few primary ones here.
First of all, playing games can teach us some strategies which can be applied in our life. As a matter of fact, the originality of most games comes from our ordinary lives. Take a look at the famous game chess, which simulate the battles between two countries. During the game, we should analyze the situation that we are facing and to decide which step we will go next. Also, we have to make some forecast and guesswork of our rivals’ next steps, and to make the best choice from several possibilities. The chess game is replete with strategies that are more or less the same as our ordinary lives, which is fraught with choices and decisions that we should make to achieve our final success.
Moreover, How to socialize with others is also can be obtained from games. Most games such as football and basketball require two or more people to complete its progress. To win the game, only unexceptionable cooperation among the teammates can be the most essential factor to achieve final victory. In this case, teammates should trust each other, work as an ideal system that runs as only one person, making all their efforts to aim at the same goal. Similarly, in real life, no one survive without other people’s help and cooperation. The phase “team cooperation” which was originally used in games is now being more and more emphasized in most companies.
What is more, playing game can teach people to take graceful attitude to win and lose. When people are playing games, although the final results are concerned by most people, the most important thing is to enjoy the process, to learn how to get along with other people. As in our real life, such as in study and work, there always has only one person to be the top one, one can never the best evermore. Therefore, a gentle attitude is important. We really gain our own success as long as we have done our best and make some achievements, there still many chances for us to be the best one.
In conclusion, life is not a game, but we can still learn innumerous knowledge from playing games.
