Every government has its own policies to encourage energy conservation. There is no one denying the fact that increasing prices of gasoline and electricity is a very popular method, and a popular topic which has caused heated debate over a long period of time. Some people regard this method as an efficient one while other people think is makes no sense. As far as I concerned, I think that increasing prices of gasoline and electricity do have positive effect on energy conservation, besides, which also depend effort made on other aspects.

Firstly, increasing prices of gasoline and electricity actually help to conserve energy in some extent. No one will deny that we are facing to the crisis of energy deficiency results from human abuse about them. Since many governments have been busy on exploiting them, utilizing them and even fighting for them for several decades, while ignoring that those energes were non-cycled. As time goes by, energy becomes less and less while human need is continuously increasing. Then limiting the consumption and making an efficient usage of energy is a necessary way for conservation, especially in developing countries. For in such countries, people are not living in a high level and can not afford high consuming in such energy, once such prices rise up, people have to consider how to use them effeciently instead of abusing them without limit just because they thought those energes are cheap and countless.

However, increasing prices of gasoline and electricity will bring some negative aspects as well. From what we have talked about, this method will effective in developing countires, while in developed countries it may be be of no effect. What is more, how to define the price is also under debate. A pure high prive may be not unfair to developing countries, and developed countries may take the chance of gaining more benefits from those countries.

In addition, increasing prices of gasoline and electricity is not the only way for energy conservation, the more important ones are making people be aware of the need of energy conservation, and making effort to find new energy sources to replace those current non-cycled ones, then energy conservation could be really and efficient worked out. Only having resolved these problems we discussed above, could energy conservation be come true.

1、昨天谈的问题，你放在了第二段里写的，上下衔接不错，和主题还是可以统一的，可以保留；
2、此文按照你的思路应该是三点理由，少了结尾的感觉，颇有虎头蛇尾之嫌；
3、第一点是赞同，后两点反对，但整体感觉头重脚轻，第一点占用的笔墨太多；如此，不如写成＋＋－式，比较合理；
4、如果要写成＋－－式，可以参看小马的作文，三四段在稍加润色；
5、还有问题，你既然谈到了developing country and developed country, 可以用分类方法针对两种类型的国家来写。
