Education, the process to informing people, is the base of a nation's development and prosperity not only at present but also in the future. Reasonable inspiring principle to the teacher-practiser of this process- will significantly enhance the effect of education. What is a inspiring principle to teacher? Some people think teacher should be paid according to how much their students learn. However, in my opinion, I disagree with this argument because there is no effective method to measure how much students learn, and students have different physical, mental, and family background which make the results of teaching multifariously.

First and the foremost, it is an ambiguous concept about how much students learn and whether those are from teacher or not. Taking a extreme example, if students have already know about matrix before math class, teacher will make small efforts to inform them. But if the same teacher teaches other students who have no conception about number or other basis of math, it is a long way to go. Same teacher but different efforts, it is obviously unfair to pay teacher only by how much students learn. When it comes to worse condition, an illegiable payment can not lead to a effective inspiration, on the contrary, it will do harm to teachers activity.

In the second place, student's cooperation between teacher is more important than the teaching made unilaterally by teacher. A fitting example will shed some light on this point, two students in same class teached by a teacher. The first one likes to do the homework and excerises what he learnt after class, in contrast, the other does not like studying at all, he sleeps on the class, watches TV all night, and even quits class earlier. The results of learning are apparently different, but the teacher is the same person. So, the students' inclination to study is another key element to the result of teaching.

All in all, considering these two reasons made above, it is inappropriate to pay teachers according to how much their students learn. Only a reasonable payment for teacher, can these mental constructor contribute more to their work; only a reasonable payment for teacher, can students acquire more information and technologies; and only a reasonable payment for teacher, can a nation accelerate her development efficiently.

组长过奖了,本人工作就是教师,呵呵

第二段的最后一句主要意思是 一个含糊的分配制度无法成为有效的激励,相反会损害教师积极性
我表达的有点模糊,呵呵下次注意了。
