Nowadays, food has become easier to prepare. Has this change improved the way people live? Use specific reasons and  
examples to support your answer.

When it comes to the question that whether easier-prepared food has improved people's life style or not, I agree  with such kind of change does ameliorate the way we live.

Primarily, since time and energy have saved for us in the course of faster preparation of food, we can spent more  time on work and study, exercise and rest. Specifically speaking, with the rapid development of society and drastic  competition, which exists in every realm, people not only feel have not sufficient time to accomplish their designated  work, but also feel annoying about the stress from work and study. This situation can be effectively relieved  providing that they start to use some fast-food. The extra time which is cost by cooking can redistributed to rewrite  the essay, have a break, go camping, and the like.

Also, the another advantage that are brought by the shorter course of preparing food should not be neglected: render  us another way to draw a balance between family--usually between husband and wife who are both working. Common sense  tells us couples usually have a controversy about who should prepare food or clean rooms everyday since they both  are busy and exhausted when arrive at house from company. The easier prepared food enables them to avoid such kind  of problems. Because such kind of food require little skills and cost less time, either husband or wife can afford  preparing the dinner every day.

Admittedly, when food become easier to get ready, some adverse effects emerge at the same time. For example fast-food  mostly lack enough and necessary nutrient which are essential to the physical fits. Furthermore, fast-food lacks  certain feeling of family, which only exists when family members prepare together and complete the whole process by  themselves.

In sum, in my point of view, I consider the fact that food has become easier to prepare as a good sign of improving  the way people live. Although it might have some disadvantages to some extent, its advantages still outweigh its  disadvantages.

The extra time which is cost by cooking can redistributed (can redistribute, can be redistributed) to rewrite the essay, have a break, go camping, and the like.
