As movies and televisions came into being, these mass media have changed our lives greatly. Not only for the convenience that they bring to us, but also the alteration of people’s behavior attribute to them. Nowadays, movies and televisions have been an inalienable part of human beings’ lives; everyone’s action can be found and traced to the behaviors of the celebrities in the movies. Actually, people’s ordinary living styles and manners are, to some extent, dominated by them.  
Different kind of movies and televisions affect dissimilar people and their differing aspects of lives. People will become more confident and seldom fear of difficulties in their future lives after watching the movie Forest Gump. Girls will try hard to lose weight after they see the perfect statue of the stars in the movies and advertisements, and they will rush into store to buy the products whose advertisements are made by those famous celebrities. Also, take the latest extraordinarily popular movie Transformers for an example, it influence people of my generation greatly. When I was a child, Transformers is my most favorite cartoon as well as my little fellows, it was the hotest topci at school with my classmates and was one of the most important parts of our lives at that time. So, when it filmed as a movie, we immediately go to the movie theatre with no hesitation. A number of people become so excited after the protagonist Optimus Prime appear on the screen, for it reminds us of the precious childhood.
Besides, human beings are very emotional people, they always drop into the plots in movies and televisions, which also can satisfy people’s imagination. A lot of people, especially the women always fling themselves into the teleplays, think them as the heroines. They get into tears when the heroine get in troubles and go into raptures when the heroine achieves some success. Therefore, by watching movies and televisions, audiences can experience the same events, share the same feelings, and this whole process would fulfill their fantasies, from which they can get some balance in their real lives.
In conclusion, people’s behaviors have significant correlation with televisions and movies. Although these mass media may has some side effects, even harmful effects to some people.  There is no denying the fact that present people’s lives can not progress without them.
