Nowadays, appreciating the concert and other live performance is a usual way to relax themselves with their friends in the spare time. Naturally, attributing to the advanced technology, using television is also an good way to watch these live performance. Some people prefer to stay at home to enjoy the live shows, for the reason that it is a more convenient and easy way without crowding and noise, as well as the expense saved by avoiding paying for the tickets. However, as far as I concerned, I am inclined to appreciating the famous concerts and plays by attending a live performance, which is able to provide me with far more enjoyment than watch them on TV.
First of all, in a live performance, you can feel you all in a large group which is replete with numerous friends who are indulged the same interests, who can share the sorrow and excitement with you. For instance, many of us have experienced joyless feeling that we can hardly find a friend enjoying the same star with us. Therefore, go to the live concerts can easily solve this problem. This is also the reason why so many people attending to the live performance to look for this kind of resonance in deep heart. Obviously, we can hardly find the emotion sharing by watching TV.
Moreover, appreciating a live show can offer us a sense of participation that can not be replaced by watching TV. Live performance is a mutual activity which needs communication between the audiences and performers. We may lament or laugh, sob or smile as we are so influenced by the happiness and misfortune of the characters. Also, we may fall into the indescribable intoxication while listen to a piece of beautiful bravura, and accordingly, the performer will receive the audiences’ praised response. Therefore, the final success of the live performance depends greatly on the audiences, of which you are a member.
In conclusion, live performances offer unique sensations apart from the performance itself, and encourage a greater level of participation as well as a better understanding of the event than a television broadcast could. Therefore, it is not doubt live performance is far more enjoy able than watching TV.
