第一次写ARG,总算是实现了从"无"到"有",借用了不少模板,望各位"达达"给点意见...

Argument 2 "The following appeared in a letter sent by a committee of homeowners from the Deerhaven Acres to all homeowners in Deerhaven Acres.
"Seven years ago, homeowners in nearby Brookville community adopted a set of restrictions on how the community's yards should be landscaped and what colors the exteriors of homes should be painted. Since then, average property values have tripled in Brookville. In order to raise property values in Deerhaven Acres, we should adopt our own set of restrictions on landscaping and housepainting."




    In this letter, a committee of DeerHaven Acers homeowners exhorted that houseowner manage to boost DeerHaven Acers property values by adopting certain constraint of their external aspect. To jusify this conclusion the committee noted that nearby Brookvile community average property values have risen,since they adopted the similar constraint seven ago. I find this argument logically unconvincing in several respects.
    First of all, the success in Brookville community may be not attributable to the fact that they adopt the constraint of their houses’ external aspect. It may be a variety of causes to the significant success in it. Perhaps, It is entirely possible that the increasing number of populace from another place reside in BrookVille community seven year ago. Commonsense tell us that the larger volume of demand, the higher price of estate. Another reason why Brookvile community property values have risen may in consequence of the Brookvile community in state of a strong economy.Without ruling out such possibilities, the author cannot persuasive us that the housepainting restriction is the exactly reason of the increasing property values.
    Secondly, the committee’s lettter recommendations rests on the assumption that in the given region when the BrookVile owner implements these restrictions. If this is not the case, it is entirely possible that DeerHaven home-buyer do not accept the constraint of their houses’ exterior aspect,so they are not willing to buy a flat in DeerHaven. Even assumption that BrookVile community property values have risen is owing to the constraint of their houses’ aspect,the argument is remain unconvincing. The committee of DeerHaven fail to account for the difference between Brookvile and DeerHaven, but there is no evidence in this argument to show that this is the case, the former, for instance, may lie in a good circumstance, the later may lie beside a restless road.Lacking  crucial evidence that whether the Deerhaven Acres and the Brookville are the same kind of regions, the argument is unconvincing as it stands.
   In conclusion, the recommendation of the committee of DeerHaven is not well supported. To convince me that the committee would help to rise the property value would need to provide clear satisfied evidence that  the implementations of BrookVile restrictions, not another factor, was responsible for the rise in Brookvile’s property values.To better evaluate the recommendation, I would need more information about Brookvile and Deerhaven’s circumstance, and about another factor effect property value of Brookvile.
