怎么去接收conditional offer啊

我今天收到the university of queensland 大学的conditional offer，有几个问题请大家指教

To satisfy entry requirements you must meet all conditions specified in this letter.Certified copies of requested documents are required in most instances. A certified document is a photocopy of an original document that has been verified in writing by an official to be a true copy of the original.
Please provide the following certified documents by 01-May -2008:

*Your qualifications must be verified by the China Academic  Degrees and Graduate Education Development Centre(CDGDC).Please submit your qualification to CDGDC for verification. You must advise CDGDC that you have applied for admission to The university oF queensland.CDGDC will then directly contact the university to advise on the verification of your qualifications. You will not be able to  enrol at the university until we have received verification of your qualifications directly form CDGDC.

*Notarised copies of academic transcripts or records provided by an institution that include complete details of the results of your study at  that institution in all programs and courses, whether passes or failed, and an official explanation of the grading system used.Separate annual result statements or a memorandum of results are not sufficient.

*Notarised copy of your award demonstrating that it was awarded according  to  the regulations concerning academic degrees in the Peoples' Republic of China.

请问第二个条件叫寄送成绩单，这个申请学校的时候我已经寄过去了，为什么还要寄啊，难道这次寄的跟以前会不一样吗？第三个条件是什么意思啊？我具体怎么做才能接受这个 offer啊？

最重要的一条就是清华认证，就是给出的那个网址上面去申请对你的学位进行认证

成绩单问题，就不清楚了。 我是收到conditional offer之后，那边才收到我的成绩单。我办理的五日加急清华认证，等认证材料寄到那边，UQ就给我发了email，标题就是contions met。后来问小秘，就是转full offer了。
lz可以直接发信给offer给出的那个邮件地址，直接问。回信还是很快的。

啊？这么麻烦？是只有昆士兰大学才要求那样的学历证书认证，还是任何学校申请都需要阿？？？:funk:

UQ是一定要求这个清华认证的

请问第3个条件：
*Notarised copy of award demonstrating that it was awarded according to the regulations concerning academic degrees in the Peoples’ Republic of China.   

是不是要在学时所得到奖励的复印件啊？
