Is it true that education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student, as the speaker has claimed? In my opinion, there are advantages of above method indeed, however, it is necessary for educations to give sufficient attentions on fundamental disciples while emphasis on individual. And some practical problems could be considered as well.
To begin with, individual education will bring strengthen motivation for students to learn and explore the relative major which they are interested in. The method, specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student, will help them to conscious and realize their potential interesting points and the major which they desire to learn and research. It is no doubt the students who are cultivated under this approach will more understand themselves and be abundance with creative ability so that more adaptive the rapid developed society. After all, interesting is the best teacher. Furthermore, it is no denying that every student has their own advantages and characteristics. The specially designed instruction plan will make them benefit to develop their merit and attain confidence from the advantages for shorting could produce self-abasement. From this point, the result of above method is to build a healthy student both in physics and psychology.
However, the method designed to meet the individual needs is not meant that students could ignore the common and fundamental disciples learning. It is well known that students will become the builder of future society, and it is necessary for them to be armed and instructed with overall knowledge so that making them competent to take responded responsibility. From this point, the foundational disciples, such as PE, moral and basis technological skills should be taught while the individual aspects are emphasized. Especially the moral level of students represents the civilization of whole society.
At the same time, the source of fund and education and other relative stores have to be consider while above ways are adapted.  It is a fact, thought some of us would be not like to confess, there is hardly  a nation on present world have sufficient ability, including educational source and fund to come above idea true. Therefore, it is wise for a government to combine all kinds of elements to design a proper and effective educational rule and method.
Above all, the goal of education is to cultivate the overall developed students rather than more emphasis the individual's characteristic. From this point, the learning of the basis and fundamental disciples should be focus on. What is more, the valid materials for education owned by a society should be evaluated. Thus, it is useful to meet individual needs basing on overall consideration.

文章思路很清楚，题意也把握得很好，但是有个问题需要注意：段落详略的安排上。你在结尾处更多强调的是与题目观点相反的那两点，但是从详略来看，前面部分占据太多了。考虑到文章字数还不是太多，可以把后两段再丰富一下。
论证的方式可以再多样化一点，客观论据什么的可以用，这个问题也是我改作文的时候才想到，貌似自己也有这个毛病，有点空说理了。
