Issue 5
A nation should require all its students to study the same national curriculum until they enter college rather than allow schools in different parts of the nation to determine which academic courses to offer.
The speaker asserts that a nation should require all its students to study the same national curriculum before they entering college but not offer the courses designed by the different parts of the nation. I concede that some national courses should be learned in the whole country but the speaker is so absolute that in my view the major courses should be followed the requirement of the nation and some selective courses could be arranged by the local schools.

Admittedly, teaching the same national curriculum has many merits.The student would possess the same structure and the level of the knowledge, and therefore it is easy to elect the student with the same criterion and teach the student. For example, Chinese students are required to learn English for elementary school to senior high school, and what's more, they must use the same text book in the same step. So in China, the English college exam is the same all of the country and  English teachers in the college need not be worried about the student who does not know  English words at all. The example clearly shows that with the same course and same text book it is easier to pick up the excellent students and to sent knowledge to them.

However, it is incorrect to make every course as same as in diverse part of the country. Not only could the student not study their favorite lessons and develop their bent, but also it could not meet the requirement of location economy that need a lot of employee with various abilities. For example, if the student do not choose study in the college and want to have a job after graduating, it will be very difficult to him to find a suitable job, and thus have to take part in a professional training. Because of this reason many Chinese students who fails to go to study in the university have to receive a training to find a job for the no distinctive lessons.  

Moreover, the entire curriculums are arranged by the local schools may also generate some problems because the endemic schools only set a goal from a minor perspective without considering the nation benefit. For example, if a student's family moves to other place s/he should change school to study, and it is very difficult to s/he to adapt to the different teaching style.

To sum up, if the whole nation uses the same curriculum to teach the student before the college, it will not satisfy the local need; if the nation allows the local school to arrange the teaching courses, it will not follow the national need. Therefore, the right way is that besides the major courses arranged by the nation other courses could be arranged by the local school itself.

(不上大学不一定找不到好工作吧 有点太绝对了 还有最后两句好象跟主题没有多大的关系)

Therefore, the right way is that besides the major courses arranged by the nation other courses could(should) be arranged by the local school itself.
