　　Whether we can usually learn much more form people whose views we share than from people whose views contradict our own as the disagreement can cause stress and inhibit learning? On balance, I fundamentally agree the notion; however, the final judge should depend on a case-by-case analysis of the three situations.

   The first argument has to do with the issue is compare the similarly opinions to the contradict views, the later are alwasy sharply and uncomfortable when we firstly heard from other people, we think the people whose views contradict our own are not really understand our perspectives and theories, so we take the exclusion and subjection attitude to treat these contradict views. It is more easily incline to accept the resemble views to us, and indeed it is seems to be usually learn much from people whose views we share from. For instance, the relationship between the artists and the critics, when the critics have the different views with the artists and even have skepticism with the artworks manufactured by the artists, where there is a doubt, there is a controversy. On the contrary, the artists who have the similarly opinions to art together can share the views, propositions and recommendations. These opinions can provide extend and expand ideas to artist. However, if we just content with share the same opinions with others, we can not obtain the biggest development.

   The second argument has to do with the issue is the contradictive and disagreement views form other people,  contradictive opinions can leads to a thorough and comprehensive understanding subject in discussion. Contradictive opinions usually more sharply reveal some flaws and shortcomings in your thought and theory, however, only the serve and sharp criticism from your opponents can help your deeply flaws exist in your argument. For example, the debate between you and you opponents can find the shortcomings that always neglected and even covered up by yourself in the past. When it comes to a heated debate, in most cases, it inclined to present a chance furnish for you to improve your thinking.

　　The third argument is an appeal to the advantage of contradictory views is it can inspire you look into the details and check out the problems of your theory. The emotion of some stress might produce by opposing your views, however, it will by no means inhibit learning. Just as the Chinese old saying goes,” The more the truth is debated, the clearer it becomes” The adjustment procedure of your thought and theory can surging you to consider more deep and expand about the problems. For instance, through dispassionate dialogue and negotiate ,the two nations with opposing political or economic interests can reach mutually beneficial agreements by striving to understand the other’s legitimate for its national security, its political sovereignty, the stability of its economy and currency, and so on. Only through the contradictive views it can be serve as an inspiration for exploration and discovery in the realm of knowledge and science or other realms.
　　
　　In sum, we can usually learn something from people whose views we share. Yet we can not deny the function of the contradictive opinions from people whose views different with us, and in the mean time, we can not admit that disagreement cause stress and inhibit learning. Thus, different people adopt different attitude to treat the different opinions gain different harvest. In the final analysis we demanding strike a balance between similarly and contradictory views.

多注意点语法，多用点句型，不要错得象一个中学生一样喔，还有开头和结尾也不那么熟练，要多看看范文啊。
