As Daiwinism acclaims , crossbreeding  pushes evolutions of life-forms.Mabe the statement is still controversial ,but is seems to be logical and convincing in the development of studies both in sciences or arts.
In the areas of science and engineering, on one hand, the topics of the cross subjects are the most popular in the international foreland   research .A recent survey ,made by Nobel Foundation ,indicates that ,during the last 50 years , the rates of the Nobel Prize winner who has degrees in more than 2 areas has been increasing .To analysis the situation, profession Pter Smith ,whose fied is the history of science development ,pointed out that “ this may mainly be reason from that  nowadays  the chnique development   in one area are is always basing on another’s breakthrough.” For instance, the upset of the classic physics has totally changed the direction of the advancement of analysis-chemistry and the biological dicoveries has been widely used in the amendment of constructions ,which proves that in the scientific fields, being fresh blood ,the outsiders’ importance is increasingly aggrandizing.

On the other hand , the significance of the outsiders in the sociological subjects would be more obvious.Proverbially, the society is a whole organism. So ,focusing on just one layer or aspect , the reseachers could hardly make any advanced study.Therefore, the outsiders’ experience and  logic of thinking are necessay.A good case in point is the outstanding economist and expert of urban planning Peter Hall,whose study is maid about the effet of eocnomy and sociology to the urban conformation.So a resolvement or explanation to a social problem or phenomenom needs the cross-areas knowledge ,that the outsiders could be the bridges in this communication.

Admittedly, the emphasis to the outsiders’ experiece and knowledge does not mean the abandon to the professionalism, or the advantage will convert to the disadvantage .As a counterexample , recently more and more companies refuse to employ the graduates who have two or more than tow degrees,espacially from some average universities or colleges, because they found that these students not only could afford the tasks of neither areas ,but even also either of them is difficult to them.So, the professional ability is the base of the advancement in the future ,espacially to the youth.

In sum, as the sciences in differents areas have increasingly getting mature, the advaced breakethrough would rely on the outsider’s experiece and knowledge as the way of visioning the new valuable areas to study or the method to resove some difficult problems.
