今天收到墨大的conditional offer里面有这么一段话

You must arrange for the China Academic Degrees & Graduate Education Development Centre(CDGDC), entrusted by the Chinese Ministry of Education and The Academic Degrees committee of the State Council, to verify your completed degree transcripts. Please apply directly to the CDGDC to arrange for your transcripts to be verified and the results, in English, to be sent directly to the International Centre at the University of Melbourne. It normally takes up to 20 working days for documents to be verified and a small charge will apply.

这里说的 completed degree transcripts 是指的什么啊
是要把学位证，成绩都公证了  还是只需要公证学位证啊？


还有一个问题，我的conditional offer上写的我还需要CDGDC的认证和英语成绩
我用这个offer 可以申请办签证么？
我怕搞了清华认证后再办7月入学 时间来不及额``

有哪位墨大的前辈办过的么？ 请多多指教啊``` :handshake :handshake

1. 找IDP可以免清华认证，免费
2. 清华认证要做全套，包括学位证和成绩单
3. conditional的offer还不能让学校给你发COE，签证必须要COE才能进行下去
