连收三封rej后，终于看到一个疑似ad。什么是provisionlly admitted? 不知道UCSD是不是ad狂，发上来询问一下：

As a Provisional Admit, documents are still missing from your file.查了一下，差的东西包括：最终的成绩单，学位证明及复印件，还有财产证明。可是这个不是得毕业之后才有的吗？

还有SSN怎么申请啊？是接受了之后吗？汗...

3月19日来了正式的offer letter,给了TA $16000/9months多，第一年免了fee，不免tuition;后四年$16000/9 months，有TA义务
