收到秘书来催正式学校成绩单的MAIL，我第一次寄的，他们说没收到，这是第二封了。请看看MAIL，特别注意其中黑体的部分，大家觉得是什么意思？

This is the second notice regarding OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS that have not been submitted.

[B]Could you have mailed in copies, because the imager/scanner will not accept copies. It will automatically shred copies, they have to be OFFICIAL[/B] .

Please check with the institution and maybe they can mail another copy.

The recommendation on your application was forwarded to Graduate College. They are holding off on a decision pending your transcript.

黑体字的意思是：一定要是正式的成绩单，复印件不行，

最后他们又说，要等你正式成绩单到了，再给你最后的decision.

那种是什么imager？自己能认识是否是OFFICIAL还会SHRED？
我觉得不太现实吧，好象学校做的成绩单也用的是平常的纸张没什么激光防伪吧。怀疑中
