50."In order to improve the quality of instruction at the college and university level, all faculty should be required to spend time working outside the academic world in professions relevant to the courses they teach."I strongly agree with speaker that for better improving the quality of instruction at the college and university level, our professors and common teachers (不能就一位教授一个老师把)should practice their knowledge in the out of academic world and share their experience with the engineer and involved people who woke(work) in the similar field. That will be well-being for both education instruction and the non-education instrument(自己加的,要有根据). However, I am forced to concede that in the world of considering the practicality as idol, some majors, such as pure literature, are not proper for working outside the academic world.The one reason of I (应该是 my吧,范文上的吗?) fundamental agreement the speaker is that our student is actually necessary to practice their knowledge from class. Without these practice, student impossibly understand what the use of the knowledge learned is and know how to use it. In the contrary, (应该用表示递进关系的词)to participate practice would enhance student’s skills in the future work market, moreover, further promote the development of university. Consider what the Stanford University did during 1970 that manifests how a common university called farm turn to the top university matching the MIT and Harvard, in retrospect, largely relying on a far-sighted policy that rented those abundant lands to some small company in a low price, even free. In present, those lands alternative the poor of leading-edge technology called Silicon Valley in which students ware provided a myriad of opportunity to practice their knowledge and share their experience with the engineer and involved people who woke in the similar field. The fact demonstrates that to active encourage student and teacher to join practice is the guarantee that the university and college obtain success.(用就业率来反应教学质量就好了)The other reason why I essentially agree the speaker is that our professors should learn what is happening outside the academic world. That include two respects:(1) Whether the technology and principal which perhaps they put forward is correct and effective in practice; (2) what is the most immediate problem that need to research. The two respects are less irrelevant(想表达什么意思) to working outside the academic. In physical field, without NASA’s space explore plan, many cosmos theory and principle just is in the paper, that is, can not justified or not in real world; without close with the corporation, the novel technology would not be applied to the produce; without feedback form(from) the practical world, the professor can not immediately revise his principle or theory. On the other hand, we live in the world of considering the pragmatism as idol(这个是短语吗?什么意思呢?) which our human must dedicate our all energy and talent to serve. Less practical principle and technology are undesirable and less of investment value. Without the attention and financial support, little research is able to be continued. Consequently, to ensure quality and fulfilling of research, further development of the college and university, we must follow the practical principle.(我觉得教授在论文上的成绩和提高大学教学质量很难联系,要不就说可以培养学生的科研能力,也是教学质量提高的一种表现)
However, the speaker unnecessarily to embrace the all faculty required to spend time working outside the academic world, while ignoring the compelling fact that some sorts of major, such as arts, is certainly not inappropriate to put more emphasis on working out academic world. My point of contention with speaker’s statement is chiefly based on the principle that the artistic works of considerable value must transcend the contemporary mind and comprehension, in other word, not accepted by the person who lived in same era. (这句在这有什么用意吗?)With it comes to arts, the paragon such Beethoven and Van Gogh come to our mind. Their live full of tragic color is as a result of lacking the communication with the contemporary, I think. Yet, at the meantime their live experience offer their works more artistic value which is different with era they lived in and spiritual which perpetually influence us. For the arts faculty, that is may be cynical; after all, we can not demand the student and professor in the university and college to suffer what these artistic master experience. However, real masterpiece of value must be an original and creative works that might call for standing lone life and dismissal from others.(这一段开始还好,后面好像在论述另外一道题)In sum, when it comes to the science majors, especial the engineer major, the practice outside the academic world is of vital important. After all, these majors stem form (from)the reality and make a standard by whether is successfully applied to real world. However, as to the art majors, I have to concede that to improve their quality and value demand the professor and student to live in world of dependant thinking and to less communicate with others. 我把我的思路放在下边了。
重新审题之后,发现的确有点跑题。重新调整了一下思路:
题目分析 : 为了提高大学的教学质量 ,
老师要在所教的相关学科的非学术的职业里工作一段时间(实际操作或社会经验)。
思路整理:一、教学质量提高表现在三个方面(针对题中目的)
1, 老师的讲课水平(讲课的能力、知识与实践的储备)
2, 学生的听课,学习情况(课堂:易懂,易接受;课外:实习,试验(你的例子可以放在这。))
3, 学生的就业情况(提供就业信息,教学过程中侧重培养就业能力)
二、注意:(针对题中要求)
1、有些不适合的学科,不能强求。提供其他方法
2、不能一位的要求或挑选有实际工作经验的老师,教学技巧,耐心也很重要。
这就是我改后的思路,应该可以都点到提题 上了,看看有没有补充。
