I agree with speaker that the best educational plan is made and implemented in term of individual’s situation. Moreover, the students educated by such plan are more creative and active thought. After all, a variety of students need knowledge and teaching method with difference. However, this seemly simple assertion is difficult to completely fulfill due to large amount of work for designing the education which allows for every student.

When it comes to nature of education, the speaker’s assertion stands a correct philosophical side due to its object of serving individual. Student as individual can not be same with respect to the capacity of accepting and understanding knowledge. And due to different family relationship, social background and culture, the extent of student’s interest in certain knowledge is different. Moreover, the gap of each student interest results in the viable desire. So most of educationist demand the educational plans should close to every student’s experience, involved in the student’s interest and needs, as possible as they can. As the increase element school and high school done, today, the students are encouraged to engage their favorite discipline and practice based on their interests and needs, and then get satisfaction. Once the student’s activity is stimulated, any difficult in study will be easy, that is, achieve the education’s purpose of learning and understanding knowledge by students themselves. Such education will be effective and successful.

However, the plain fact is that any education could be completely respectively designed in term of individual. It just tries its best to satisfy the large students’ demands and consider individual’s specific situation. Such fact is attributable to the large number of educating object and the student’s final test system. Assume that every student possess a himself serial of education plan from the element school to university, the national education system must be seriously taxing, and the number of teacher must be large according with the number of students aimed at giving every student the most appropriate education. Yet the case, if true, will lead to the national budget deficit, and further ruin the national education system. Consider, hitherto, there is no country to devote over 10 present of budget to national education, we know such case is not realistic. On the other hand, even if the top developed education cannot better solve the problem concern picking up superior student, We have to adopt the traditional method --- examination such as SAT or GRE. As long as the examination shall be lasting there will be a unitive demand for student review. And this unitive demand directly erases the variety of student’s interests and needs.

Fortunately, with the rapidly development of educational technology, the two mentioned above might be gradually solved. Depend on the internet provide a myriad of information; we just stay home with computer can collect all we concern. So the student can learn what he or she prefer. That is a kind of interact education, in other word, the student as individual is both beneficiary of such kind of education and designer of it. And in the similar way, in future, the AI-artificial intelligence- might help us pick up the more fine student by student’s ability of using and understand knowledge rather than by what knowledge they master.

In sum, the speaker’s assertion is what we as student hope. Few deny the fact that education designed based on individual’s interest and needs is the best education. Although that the assertion less following the reality render itself untenable, yet, no man can absolutely deny that the speaker’s hope will be true with the progress of educational technology in future.
